Hi so I always leave reviews for the sake of others and my experience! I would avoid this place ! I always use a certain amount to top of my gas ! Their gas got me no where near to what I usually have . When trying to express my concerns the clerks repeatedly dismissed me saying maybe I should just add more .

the price posted on their signs are if you buy a car wash. so you're gonna pay more at the pump. scammy. but a necessary evil if you really need gas

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel the need to now because of the terrible experience I had at the Shell gas station carwash and with the dishonest East Indian cashier.
I purchased a $19 carwash, but when I reached the entrance, the carwash only cleaned the front of my car and then stopped suddenly. I waited for 15 minutes to see if it would continue, but nothing happened. My car was in neutral, and I didn't touch the steering wheel. I eventually decided to back out, since that was the only way to exit.
When I went to speak with the cashier, I encountered this scammer. I didn't realize that he had given me a replacement carwash for $7, even though I had paid for the $19 wash. His excuse was that it was my fault, which caused the wash to stop. I told him I had a video proving I hadn't touched anything—the car was in neutral, and I hadn't moved the steering wheel. I was stuck there for 15 minutes, confused and waiting for the wash to finish.
This was the worst carwash and customer service experience I’ve ever had! The carwash itself doesn’t clean your vehicle properly, even at the highest rate of $19. Be cautious of this gas station!

So this gas station decides to take your money let you walk out to the pump figure out that there’s no regular gas walk back in and tell you that there’s only premium, Which is two dollars more a gallon. Now for me and other people who may have the extra money to wait for their refund and go somewhere else that’s fine, but people struggling would want to avoid this scam artist.

Car wash does a very poor job, this was the results of the $15 option. Adding a star for the free vacuums which are very convenient.

Never had an issue using the washroom, but now they do not let you use the washroom.They told me they don't have.One but I used it before and the website says they have restroom to the public
Maybe this lady was racist.I'm not sure what's going on.But they need to fix this False advertisement or they're just racist.

Gas prices on the large sign are deceptive as it’s “with a car wash” and “paying by cash”. Gas prices are nearly .50¢ than the gas station across the street. Why so much more???

The indian worker on the pictures listed stole 10 dollars from my credit card. Also this shell has the highest gas prices in portage park.
