Came into Sherwin-Williams this morning and had some questions about what type of paint I should use on my old cabinets and drawers. I was greeted by Aiden Hartmann and he got me the brushes and paint to get the job done quick and easy. No hassle and he even asked me if the price of the paint was okay for the budget. Excellent first time experience over here, I will certainly be looking for Aiden for any future renovations that I have.

If you are looking for an extremely helpful and reasonable paint store, then look no further. This is it! At this Sherwin Williams store, located at 6158 N Lincoln Ave, Chgo, they have everything you need from paint and supplies to wallpaper and the most helpful customer service. I worked with David, the manager and Nate. I highly recommend them and they always thoroughly followed up on everything that I needed. There were some snafus with my wallpaper order (not from them but from the wallpaper company) and they were very diligent and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with the delayed order. I previously went to the SW store on Milwaukee in Niles, and they too were helpful, but David and Nate are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you both and I will be back with any further paint/wallpaper needs!!

Called to order paint five days in advance and received call paint was in. I went to pick it up and my order which was sold to others. Amateurs working at this location who have a horrible new store Manager who is clueless to customer service.

I called in before stopping by to check if they had the paint I needed in the store. Nakenge was very nice and helpful over the phone and set aside a can for me. When I came into the store 20 minutes later, she was very friendly and was able to quickly mix the color I needed. Speedy, friendly service! Thank you!

Osbaldo did a great job.i place an order over the phone ,arrived 20 min later and it was ready for me .He was the only one in the store taking care of me and answering other customers questions. Great customer service and personality .keep up the good work

I used the online ordering and picked up in store. There is a phone number posted and they will bring to car. I went in to pick out a brush. Workers were super helpful. Cashmere paint covers in one coat. Joined their rewards program and got 30% off . I'll be back
