I tried calling this place to find some soccer shoes and the guy was really rude on the phone for no reason when I asked if they had something in my size and hung up on my face. Won’t waste my time going in person

I am highly disappointed with my first order experience. I ordered the Jordan 5 “Grape” and paid $215.00 plus tax and shipping, fully expecting the product to arrive in mint condition, including the shoe box.
Instead, the shoes were shipped in a thin bag, and by the time they arrived, the bag was ripped, the shoe box was completely bent and torn, and the overall presentation was a mess. I’ve never received sneakers in this kind of careless packaging, and for the amount I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable.
A major part of the value in collectible sneakers is the condition of the original box, and to receive it in this state is frustrating. Whoever handled the packaging did a poor job, and this kind of negligence reflects badly on the company.
I’m requesting that a replacement box in pristine condition be sent to me immediately, and that this issue be taken seriously and addressed without delay.
This was my first time ordering, and unless this is rectified, it will definitely be my last. I’ve ordered from numerous other shoe retailers and have never experienced this kind of issue.

Never shopped at any physical store. So I placed 2 separate online orders. One on July 3rd for 1 pair of Jordans. Second order for 3 more pairs of Jordans a couple days later. My order from July 3rd still hasn't shown up never got any tracking from Shoe Palace. FedEx finally sent me tracking information. But the tracking only says it's in transit and it never changes. Just recently on my 2nd order they notified me via email that 1 pair was cancelled nothing else no tracking information either. Just had 2 different deliveries over the weekend out of nowhere. 1 on Friday in a crumbled box that looked like they used it for soccer practice. To make matters worse these people sent me the wrong shoes. I got someone else's order a cheap pair of shoes compared to what I ordered. So someone else got my Jordans. Next delivery was on Saturday shoes were in a damn plastic bag that looked like it was attacked by wild dogs. This place sucks horribly no good at all. So I'm still waiting for my first order to be delivered. Nowhere to be found. They haven't given me my refund for the pair they cancelled either. Called and emailed them a few times already. Customer service is a damn joke, good luck getting any kind of support. This place SUCKS!

Great service and guidance. Prices were fair and competitive. Our kids like the shoe selection. The salesman was accommodating and helpful in getting the correct sizes.

I'm experiencing waiting issues with my last two items which is stuck in Limbo but I'm also having issues reaching customer service the phone number that is listed for Shoe palace is non-existent I tried calling and it continues to hang up when you're promoted to click a number that represents your issue but when I click on the number it continues to hang up so I started emailing and it's been over four days and I haven't heard a response.
I had one item which is a pair of Air Jordan 1 Mid cream and beige and one shoe is a 9 and the other shoe is a 9.5 and it states in their return policy it's a shipping fee and a restocking fees which I refuse to pay because I didn't ask for two different shoes in the first place.

Well... I Received exactly what I ordered.. everything looked really good. I gave 4stars ONLY because communication with them online is horrible. They didn't answer back to my emails that I sent concerning shipping.

This is the best soccer store I’ve found in the city. All the gear you need, and the jersey selection is incredible. There are authentic jerseys from all countries and teams, and a lot of special finds and deals. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, too.
