This place seems like it's going out of business because the shoe selection is so small any cost so much for the small shoe selection they get this used to be the place to go but not anymore

Went there to find shoes for a party. I was very shocked to see the sales associate was in the store all alone by herself. I went on a very cold wet Sunday afternoon in December. She was extremely professional the entire time. Helpful with getting me the right size. I bought 2 pair of shoes. Great place to find shoes from casual to dressy.

This is my favorite shoetime the customer service is always great. Everyone in there make sure they help you. The manager is always a joy, help, and have a great personality. The employees are the reason I always come back.

i love this place, it's right by my house which is super convenient, and I love the shoes they have ! I bought two pairs of shoes and a bag with a takeout design on it and the prices were really good ! I bought some shoes from here about two or three years ago and they lasted until a few months ago which is great considering how much I wore them. they have a lot of shoe and color options but I hope they add more alternative/aesthetic shoes for people with different feet types, would definitely go here again

They only offer exchanges, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!.. So If you're not satisfied there is no getting your money back.. And the exchange can only be made within 7 days, if you haven't worn them. I purchased a pair of black imitation suede thigh high boots on yesterday Jan 29th, I wore them for approximately 4hrs, I went to an engagement party where it was simply sitting and eating and socializing, NO DANCING!.. And of course I stepped in snow, its winter time and that's what boots are suppose to be made for! This morning when I looked at them, I noticed the suede like fabric was coming off in quite a few places, I called the store and it was made clear to me that because I had worn them, there was absolutely nothing they could do! I paid $44.99 +tax for these boots only to be able to wear them one time before they started falling apart! ShoeTime is just another Chernins, their products are cheap, and of very low quality and only worth $9.99, and that's all you should be paying if you can only get 1 wear out of them! Be aware, they look gorgeous, but are in no way worth the money they are charging for them! $9.99 or $19.99 is the most any of their footwear should cost! Please save your money and your time, and shop somewhere else!
