I called to ask about an issue with my TV that suddenly had a dark spot appear a week ago. Not only did they immediately answer, but after sending them pictures of my issues they called back within 10 minutes and explained that because of the nature of the problem I would in fact be better off calling the manufacturer. While I never got a repair through them, the fact that they followed up with me quickly and referred me elsewhere instead of being dishonest and taking my TV for a repair they couldn't make shows how honest this business is and the diligence of the owner. I appreciate any business that acts in the best interest of their customer even if it doesn't benefit them. If there are any other issues with my TV in the future, SilverEtechs will be the first place I call. Highly recommend.

I get charged $55 for the tech to come in for 60 seconds and tell me it'll be cheaper to buy a new tv. Even though my TV is a $2,000 TV. wth? Literally, came in, said "yup, we can't fix that. Better to buy a new one." That'll be $55. Awesome. Thanks for your time. And here I was hoping for the same 5 star experience that everyone else seems to rave about. How about next time, you save yourself the trip and me the money, and just tell me over the phone.

Love this place. They fixed my tv three yrs ago and I Dont have NP with them. Nice, kind, & Professional of what they do. U getting tried of throwing your tv away and getting a new one? Save money and give SilverETechs a try. They wont fail u and I promise u that........

Very satisfied! Contacted Luis after my 3 year old 55 inch Sony smart tv went blank. Luis immediately knew what the problem was (led backlighting need replacing)and quoted me a very fair price to repair. After the part came in, Keri from Digital Solutions picked up, repaired, and returned within 3 days. My tv is not only good as new, but seems better! Both Louis and Keri were great to deal with! Thanks guys!

If I were able, I would give 6 stars. Luis went out of his way to arrange for a service call on short notice and his service representative Kari resolved my problems on-site with knowledge, skill, and professionalism. The customer service experience they provided was personable and patient. Very grateful.Look no further. This is the company to go for.

Great daughter door service to get my TV fixed When my TV gave up the ghost I looked around and this place with the best rated and they lived up to that reputation my TV is working great and I didn't have to lift a finger. I much rather get sending repaired then replaced i'm glad shop like this still exist if you have any ATV repaired in the Chicago area this is the place

They are top top quality! Luis came to my home and diagnosed the television right away and took it from my home and within a week came back perfectly. Very reasonably priced and a complete pro. Couldn't ask for a better company for my television repair. I highly recommend them! TY!!

My TCL Roku tv LED lights went out. This service was great. They picked it up at my home and brought it back good as new in a week. Keri was very professional and my only wish was that I had reached out sooner. Very easy to schedule and fair pricing.

I had a problem with my TCL TV no longer working with the remote. The TV was no longer under warranty but I had spoken to the customer service at TCL who had help me conduct some tests and then directed me to purchase a new remote, however the TV still did not work with the remote, so was told that the "remote sensor" on the TV was no longer working. I contacted Luis at SilverETech who offer a mobile service or the option to drop off the TV at their shop. Since I lived not that far from the shop, I opted to drop off the TV and new remote at a pre-arranged time. Luis said he might have a remote sensor that would work. He worked on it the same day and called to tell me it was ready, so I arranged to pick it up. He demonstrated that it was working, I paid and set off home. It has been working flawlessly since. Although this appears to be a relatively straightforward repair, SilverETech conducted every aspect of the job with professionalism and honesty. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely return if I need any of their services..

Luis the owner called me to schedule the repair and asked me to take few pictures of lines on my TV and send it to him,when I told him that lines are so thin I don't think my camera would show on the picture,he got mad and agitated and said that if I don't send him picture there will be no sceduled service ,I told him I would file complaint with Samsung he said go ahead and tell them to schedule you with other companie ,once I asked him for his name he said his name is Mike (tried to make up his name )I asked for supervise or Manager he said he was both. Very bad service from the company I m falling complaint with Samsung .

From start to finish, SilverEtechs provided excellent service. This was my first experience having a TV repaired, but if the contractors I've hired in the past we're a fraction as good as Luis, I would be far less cynical. Luis is a consummate professional who took time to explain the details of the repair beforehand and made me feel extremely confident about choosing this business to perform the needed repair. My 55 inch Samsung SMART TV (roughly 5 years old) suddenly gave off an intense burning and chemical smell. I dreaded spending thousands of dollars on a new TV feeling as though this one should have life left in it. I reached out to SilverEtechs and was connected with Luis. Luis responded to me immediately, was thorough, set an appointment, was on-time, minded all COVID-19 protocols and immediately set my mind at ease. He was honest with me about what had gone wrong and repaired my TV without delay. He brought my TV down and later up four flights of stairs, set my TV back up and explained what I could do to extend the life of my television through specific TV settings. I could not have asked for a better experience. The TV is working great, I only spent $225 on repairs and haven't mindlessly tossed another television in a landfill. Win-win for everyone!
