The DirecTV in my high-rise building started malfunctioning unexpectedly. It was Saturday at 3 pm. Awful timing. We only had one DVR receiver and needed (well wanted really badly) to be able to record and watch a special show on Sunday the next day …tough to do without your TV working.I thought we were going to be out of luck but I called at 3 pm on a Saturday to Silver IP and spoke to Chris. I joked with him “if you have anything tonight to come switch out the receiver, that would be great … hahaha” … he took it seriously and said “let’s look for a cancellation”, that’s the only way.Would you believe I had wonderful Liz in our condo at like 4:30 to switch out and reconnect our receiver?And let’s talk about Liz … first off, she had great energy on the phone. (Quite honestly I was expecting someone who was grumpy for having to work on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.)She arrived promptly … gave us realistic expectations on a Saturday that we might not be able to reach DirecTV at this time on a Saturday, to completely finish the job… but at least we would have the new equipment in-house.Well Liz worked her magic. Was able to finish everything. And explained a couple of new nuances to our receiver.She was super friendly and pleasant and positive, and highly knowledgable. We loved working with her.And loved our service at Silver IP.A phone call at 3 pm on a Saturday resulted in having everything fixed and a new receiver by 6 pm Saturday.Just wow … and well-done!

Had trouble connecting a wireless mesh network in my home. The first call I had the lady from SilverIP was helpful, thoughtful, and willing to walk through my problems. Unfortunately the WiFi network issues didn’t resolve themselves, and so I called back again after a day and a half. This time, the gentleman on the other side pretty much acted like it wasn’t his problem to solve and told me that he really couldn’t help at all, besides scheduling a field ride out in about one week. Honestly, just felt like poor customer service and like he didn’t care at all about the problem, just waiting for me to hang up or simply give up.

I was having trouble setting up my internet connection at my condo and Perto was a huge help! He was very descriptive and understanding. I didn't have a power cord that was needed, so he scheduled a technician visit for the very next day. I definitely recommend!

Without question, the best ISP that I've ever had. Service is reliable, speedy, and reasonably priced. Their technicians are top notch and have helped me troubleshoot my own server/network setups, something the 'big' companies would never do.

While I can’t vouch for the entire company, I can commend Nelson on his tech support. He was courtesy, informative and patient. I had a lot of questions for him and he answered them all. Nelson also made sure to schedule a follow up when my building had persistent issues.I might be ok with switching ISPs, but not switching my tech support. :)

I love this company. I have had their cheapest plan at two apartments now in downtown Milwaukee and I have only had ONE outage in 3 years. I got through to a CS rep in 2 minutes on the phone and the outage was fixed in a few hours. They are cheap, reliable, have great customer service and best of all have incredibly fast speeds. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about internet. Thanks SilverIP!

Gene is extremely personable and professional. Had the power supply with him as he was anticipating this might be the problem. Answered all questions and concerns. Stayed to make sure all devices were connected. Great guy and great service!

I had an issue where I wanted a static public IP, and all it took was a 40 second phone call to sort that out. I didn't have to wait in a queue, the person who answered was knowledgeable and straightforward and incredibly polite and able to solve my problem right away. That, combined with the fact that it took a bare 40s to get my initial connection set up and your configuration page is a breeze--easily the best ISP I've ever interacted with.

Service was great! I just have to remember to reboot the modem when I have a problem. Better news is there are so few problem times that I do forget - when I used to have cable with several other companies there were many more issues.Thank-you for your help.
