I’ve been going to the shop on 55th st to get my devices repaired. They really care about customer satisfaction. They had someone follow through with me after the first time I went there. I feel that was a sincere gesture in concern for the customer. They have been keeping my highly used iPhone 12 in fine working order for a fair price.

Very good service in the community quick and fine same-day service Xbox one X series X got back to me the same thing even in better condition than I brought it to them. I cleaned it out. Fix the problem with the microwave playing the game as we speak.
Owner is very kind and respectful. Wish we had more people like him.

I walked in desperately needing my phone fixed. They were able to fix it right away and have it ready that same day. They truly did magic with saving my damaged phone! I always take any damaged devices to Simplefix and they never disappoint!

Terrible service. They charge me for a piece that broke down after a month. I called my email because they gave a 90-day guarantee, they lasted 10 days with my email and they didn't say ANYTHING, they returned it to me worse!

I had my Xbox Series X HDMI port replaced there. I took it there because the price was similar to others however, the service was much quicker. I dropped it off, and picked it up the next day. Other places told me 3 to 4 days. One place told me 2 weeks. Microsoft price was $300 and I would’ve had to ship it to them.
