The collection is good. But the sales girls were totally useless not showing anything or helping with sizes we had to run around the store exploring options.

I just had my first visit to the 4801 W North Avenue Sketchers store on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I tried on 20 pair of shoes and wound up finding 8 pair which fit perfectly! Today (Black Friday) I went back to the store but had an issue with the payment going through due to back office holds not yet released. Kyle, the Store Manager there was fantastic. He helped guide me through the Afterpay settings and process and was able to figure numbers and sales totals, impeccably. He is very astute, professional and great with numbers. He gave the best possible sales/customer service experience imaginable in having to deal with a challenging situation, due to bank back office details. I want to thank Sketchers for having such a high quality manager at this store in completing this multiple shoe pair purchase successfully! I always knew how well made and comfortable Sketchers shoes are but to have such an exceptional employee working at your company, like Kyle..I am a fan for life of the entire company brand! I will continue to buy my shoes here as long as I live in Chicago! Thank you!!!

Kyle the so call “manager” is very rude and not compliant to his customers. Needs to be fired!! This is why this sketchers will never have sells, because of wanna be managers and feeling entitled. Learn how to treat and help out customers. States he does not know how to use an iPhone, when showing him a coupon. Ridiculous! -1 never experience this here.
