We went here last night, 30 minutes before the store closed. The employee that was working was so kind. Never rushed us. I'm blown away by her kindness. It's very rare these days to go into a store and get good customer service.. my daughter had a 30% off coupon to use on work shoes and the employee gave us an additional 10% off for signing up for their rewards program. I've never shopped here before, but will definitely come back again!

I stopped in today to make a purchase. A elderly lady was sitting in her wheelchair Very upset cause she couldn’t find a taxi to take her home.
The cashier walked over to her and offered to help her find a way home. It was so beautiful to see such a caring and compassionate woman especially in today-society.

Kudos to Melissa !
We purchased two pairs of Sketchers. A pair of men’s shoes and a pair of men’s sandals. She has exceptional customer service skills. Shes friendly, and knowledgeable. She signed us up to receive an additional discount, and gave us some pretty awesome Skechers bags. Nice touch Melissa Thanks for going above and beyond to give us a great shopping experience.

Tania was so friendly and looked through boxes on a ladder to help me find what I was looking for with the right size and best color.
I went to this outlet store because Sketchers are one of the few shoes I can fit because of having a “long arch,” which requires a sole without so much of that bump that is supposed to fit in front of the ball of the foot but ends up hitting mine. Sketchers are more economical and better for me than the high-end shoes advertised for my problem, and equally good looking. I was thrilled to find a pair of tennis shoes *and* soft hikers, with the second one 50% off!

No size 8 in white or gray sneaker except those awful slip ons. Don't waste your time. Also, empty store and no help.
