Smith Movers are awesome! They don't overcharge and they are very careful in moving items into narrow spaces. Bird, Wayne, and Lamont were professional, courteous, and timely. I will use Smith Movers again and I will recommend them to my friends. Also, the price was right within my budget.

Rating is 0. This company is very unprofessional. The day I was supposed to move, they called to say they were running late. I was scheduled for 9AM but they said maybe they could get to me at 11. Then I had to keep calling them to listen to excuse after excuse. My window to move in that day was 9AM-4PM. They never showed up. I had everything packed and the power was shut off at my current apartment because I was supposed to be moved into my new apartment. It was just one big disaster. I was now without power with a fridge full of food. Because I was moving into a senior citizen building, I had to wait 2 additional days before I could move in as they only do it on certain days. Unbelievable. I decided to call a reputable company and they were able to fit me in last minute. Thank God. Also, what is very telling is that no one from Smith Movers ever apologized to me for the terrible inconvenience I was put through. I guess it's just how they do business. Avoid this company at all costs.

Smith Movers is the BEST!!!! I give them 10+ stars. Moving from a four story house is a lot of work. My team Dwayne, Calvin, Lamont, and Matt moved us in with professionalism and great customer service. This team of four were prompt, never stopped for a break, asked questions to confirm things, and were always on point. Well done Smith Movers. We will use you again.

Do not hire these people to do any type of moving work for you, hired them at the beginning of the this month, I could have gotten better results from some dope fiends, these people took 13 hours to move us, stole a pair of brand new timberlands and a pair of new gym shoes, the way they threw all of our stuff in our house was just not right, we just the majority of our house in order three weeks later, broke my arcade game, and now to top it off just got my washer and dryer setup and my f****** washer is broken, my wife and I paid them 1400 dollars and we got this type of service. DO NOT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT QUALITY MOVERS CAUSE THEY ARE NOT IT.
