I was given a pair of Air Force ones as a Mother’s Day gift today. I decided I wanted to wear my shoes because it’s a nice day just to To be shocked that I was Given two different shoes and now because I don’t have a receipt, I don’t have anything to do but to throw the shoes away because who the hell can I give them to two different size is two different Air Force ones, one of the shes look like they were worn already, terrible

Nice unisex gift for baby shower. Sales person was very knowledgeable opened the door for me a few minutes early it was worth running a little late for class my class mate is going to love her gift thanks snipes will be shopping again soon I always enjoy my shop.

I was there to pick up a order on this pass Monday the employee was on his phone , he did not notice me until 10 minutes later that's bad business. Shouldn't no employee should be on there phone while at work

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes , one pair was delivered the other was no where to be found. I tried emailing, calling, I even called 2 separate stores. The lady was rude and the other said they were unable to help. I had to call my credit card company and told them what happened, luckily they are trying to get a hold of snipes to get my refund. After over almost 2 weeks someone from customer service at Snipes returned my call.
