The shop is very well organized, making it simple to find items. The owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and provides a very personalized shopping experience with a bit of sass. Customers report finding exactly what they need, whether a replacement button or inspiration for a special project, and often discover a dozen other things they need. The store is a treasure chest full of goodies that completely captivates the heart, and Chicago is very lucky to have such a fantastic and lovely place. Huge selection of new and vintage buttons, ribbons, appliqués, and other embellishments. Everything is gorgeous and inspires me to want to start special projects with each of them! The shop owner is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, with a bit of sass ;) I'll definitely be back.
