Do not give these people your money. My spouse and I went to open a joint account an a business account. They rejected our business account but couldn’t tell us why and they were incredibly rude to my spouse. After weeks of waiting for our debit cards and not being granted online access to our joint account, we went in to close our account because we only had bad experiences there and we had no access to our money. The clerk told us our account was already closed and our money frozen, and she muttered something about “suspected fraud.” She would not answer why our account was marked for suspected fraud, even though I asked repeatedly. It was never communicated to us that our account had been closed. The clerk also had zero interest in finding out why we wanted to close our account. These people don’t care about having or retaining customers at all.

Extremely rude customer service over the phone this morning! Person didn't introduce themself, kept cutting me off and talking over me, didn't listen, and didn't help me.

Best Credit Union, they have helped me over the years.....Furnance busted in dead of winter, next day they cut me a check for a brand new furnace.

I was able to purchase my 2025 Nissan Kicks a month ago today. The customer service from Yareli Perez was exceptional, engaging and very thorough. She made the process effortless and was there very step of the way as I made the decision to have an auto loan which I hadn't had in over 10 years. I appreciate her and her boss Sandra professionalism. What was a stressful experience with the dealership, NuMark eased my concerns once I got approved with a much lower interest rate. I highly recommend them form your loan needs.

If you’re interested in buying a car Sandra is the person to go to.she is patient persistent and professional. She will get you a check quickly like the same day if you qualify. One credit check last you 30 to 60 days. She’s friendly and positive so you’re in good hands. Go see her if you’re interested in purchasing a car.

Going to post office and banks are the worst parts about living in Chicago BUT I came here twice and I love this branch. Lauren is very nice and knowledgeable. I hateeee going to the bank but this place always has a smooth process.I relocated to chicago ago and my credit union partners with this company. So when I got approved for my apartment I made a mistake of combining my 1st months rent and security deposit onto one check instead of splitting it into two. Lauren and the team worked with my bank to void the check and sort the whole ordeal out.
