I recently had my car serviced at Sparks Auto Care and I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that needed attention on my vehicle. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was the transparency and integrity of the mechanics. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered the work at a competitive price.
I’ll definitely return to Sparks Auto Care for all my future car repairs and maintenance. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and customer-oriented mechanic shop, this is the place to go!

Avoid this mechanic at all costs.
I took my car in for a routine oil change, and things quickly went downhill when the mechanic broke the oil filter during the service. I then took my car to get the catalytic converter diagnosed, and not only did the mechanic charge me $200 for a diagnostic test, but he also installed a new radiator that did nothing to fix the issue. Four months later, I discovered that the radiator wasn’t even installed properly, and my car is still leaking oil.
This mechanic clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. His lack of customers and the problems with my car are evidence of his incompetence. I would not recommend him to anyone—save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
