I come here from the coffee but they never have any creamer. What wrong with this speed way?

Lady with the dreads is extremely rude. I paid for
($25) gas with a gift card +$5 and went to pump. The pump would not work because cashier put in the lowest grade and I need premium gas. No big deal. I go back and tell her the issue. The lady at the register is confused on what to do next but trying her best. I tell her I don’t have any other method to pay but want to ensure the money doesn’t take days to get back on the card as I’m on Empty and came specifically for the gas. She talks to the other lady in dreads who was so dismissive. Finally they refund me, Only for the receipt to not sure the full refund only the $5 cash(we thought) Both the First Lady and I didn’t see the full refund but the dreads lady proceeds to yell at me that I holding up her line etc and that the full refund is on the receipt while pushing my receipt back to me. She needs to learn to take accountability when the business makes mistake. Don’t anger the customer cause there is an issue on your end. Do better!

At this gas station the service is very bad, they simply don't want to give a receipt and they are very rude. The cashier has no respect for the customers. I don't recommend it. They are also selling drinks that are about to expire on clearance.

It’s 7pm on a Sunday and I’ve been waiting for 1 hour to be let in the store. There multiple customers outside waiting while the cashier is doing nothing. She has a very bad attitude screaming from the inside that she is not going to open the door. She was on her phone and stocking cups.. this all can be done while the store is open!! Where is Glo this locations sucks since she’s been gone… poor customer service and very bad customer service!! We need GLO BACK!!! ASAP!!

I will start off by saying GLO is truly missed!!! Since she has no longer been the manager,the store has turned into nothing but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let’s start off by saying the new manager they have now, has NO customer service, she does not greet, does not speak to the customers at all, is always on her phone or the computer, there can be a line full of customers and she DOES not even open a register to bring the line down. I’m an everyday customer I have been coming to this gas station for Years… I have not once seen that manager go on the floor and stock anything let alone stock cooler… since Glo has been gone they never have anything.. NO creams for coffee, how if you are a gas station? NO SUGAR, NO HOT FOOD, NO hot dog buns, Cooler is always empty!!! Floor is always dirty, slurpees machines are always empty.. when Glo was here she maintained the store Clean, with Great customer service was always making sure the items we needed where there, she always went above and beyond!! These New employees are always on there phone, they have horrible customer service, they are all children working on the register!! I have witness the guy name LARRY pull out a BAT to chase customers and fight with them ? What is going on here? We NEED GLO BACK!! She is truly missed!!

I'm not usually one to write a review, but I just went in and there were 2 women at the counter. I asked for a vape and the older lady shut me down immediately. She told me I can go to the shop down the street, and leave. I'm assuming she thought I was underage.... At 27. I said I could see the one I wanted on the shelf, and I was told again: "We don't sell vapes, you can go down the street." I had to get in line with the other cashier just to buy gas. What a nihilistic person. All this because she probably thought I was a kid, and wouldn't bother to check my ID.

Today I am SADDENED!!!! I come to this location every single day not just for service, but for the people that work there and it breaks my heart to know that some of my favorite employees are either leaving or being terminated due to mistreatment. As a patron, we don’t just look for companies to provide a service, we look for connections as well. Glo is my absolute FAVORITE and it hurts to see her go. The district managers need to do a better job at taking care of their employees before this location starts to suffer dramatically.

Really dislike this location. Every time I stop for gas I have a problem with the pumps either accepting my rewards number or providing a receipt. Today took the cake though. I had a 22 cents off reward to use up by today. I enter my rewards number no problem, the fuel cost is discounted (22 cents plus another 5 cents for being a rewards member), I go to enter my payment card, it processes...then cancels my transaction. Okay, I enter everything again, cancelled again. So, I move to another pump. Lo and behold, the first pump accepted my 27 cents discount, but didn't replace it in my account when the transaction was cancelled. They stole my reward! No way to get it back either. I swear this is a scam. BEWARE!

Went in for gas, I was in a hurry to take my very sick child to see her doctor, but literally had no gas which is why I stopped. I paid for gas to be put on pump #9, used my rewards card to get the extra $.05 off, went to the pump to start pumping nothing came out, the price never went down either. The attendant by the name of Alma put the gas in the wrong pump, when I asked what happened she claimed I have her the wrong pump number, then said that I must've cancelled the transaction, when I tried showing her the amount was taken from my account she Sayid that I had to speak to a mgr. When speaking to the mgr whom never have her name told me to calm down before I spoke to her (I was calm), I told her I was calm, she said that I have an "attitude" and that I had to wait, I told I didn't have an "attitude", it's that I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait around that I had a sick child in the car and I needed to go and all I'm asking is to either refund my card or put the gas in the right pump and they refused to do so I'm which I then had to call the police because they were refusing to refund me or give me the had that I rightfully paid for. They put the gas on the wrong pump, refused to admit they made a mistake even though the attendant knew she made a mistake and began to waste time knowing that I had to leave. The police responded to the scene and they still refused to refund the transaction or give me the gas that I paid for that someone else ended up getting because they put it in the wrong pump. The attendant kept insisting that it was my fault because I have her the wrong pump number, I told her to check the camera and audio and you'll clearly hear me say pump #9. And then said I cancelled the transaction when I put the handle back which I never did either. So I said which was it, I cancelled the transaction or have you the wrong number?? I know they put it on the wrong pump because the discount never applied to the pump I was at, the guy next to me was like "oooh free gas" took it and drove off. They made a mistake, refused to own up to it, didn't want to rectify the situation, made me have to call the police, my bank, their corporate office because they can't admit they were wrong and expected me to stay calm when they're ignoring me, giving attitude, and washing time I didn't have to waste with my child being extremely sick in the car. Two heartless women whom are like this daily at this gas station with the customers. They have their regulars that they're nice to buy they also have an attitude with customers who try to cash lottery tickets or try to pay for stuff with coins. It's not the first time I've had problems at this location but it's definitely the last time I go there. This incident happened 5/14/2024 at approx 2:20pm. I hope the owner or corporate sees this and reaches out because I will be filing a consumer report with BBB also.

I'm a mail carrier just got off work around 945 pm stopped here at this speedway which I love I'm a reward member tired hungry ready to go to bed I went to laundry the night before came in with 20 dollars worth of quarters no one was in the store but me and the clerk she immediately turned me down and said I can't take your change due my drawer. Is full I was on e literally on e was going to get my snacks and fill up but couldn't this station has gone down on customer service I'm very disappointed dissatisfied with the way the young lady handled the situation I made a complaint through my email I'm waiting for response to tell me that my change is not acceptable over a certain amount I can go to another speedway they will take it why she didn't I had to get triple a to help me get gas I couldn't make it to the next this is crazy to me won't be back at this station no more
