Brought 2 pieces here on a Saturday to get one altered and one stain treated. The altered item appears to be good, but the stain treated item was a white baseball jersey, all she had to do was remove the grass stains on the back of it, which she did. However, she got some kind of chemical on the front of it and created a new orange stain on it. I brought it back in to her and she said, “that’s the best I can do, besides I don’t have time for this, I have dinner plans I’m leaving early!” I could understand if it was a stain she couldn’t get out, but it wasn’t, it was a mark that they put there. Don’t take your clothes here if you good service and want them done right.

Little dry cleaners that does an excellent job with the dry cleaning but where they send it out takes too long. Usually a three day wait. They have a tailor in house is very good. She can take up sleeves and pants, let out a jacket. Nothing beyond her.

Horrible service! Brang my coat to get cleaned, got it back still with dog hairs, and dirt stops. Even had more lint then before! I paid 15$ for someone to dry iron and past a fast lint roller on it?? I was upset so I ask for a refund, it’s my birthday weekend I needed the coat to go out to dinner, she offered to reclean it I refused.

I dropped my clothes off at 9am two days ago to get cleaned, asking them if theyll be ready today before 5 because im leaving on a trip. They said yes. I got there at 12:45 today to check in my clothes and they told me "hopefully they deliver your ckothes today." Its been two days and they dont even have my clothes. I couldnt even just pick it up to do myself now. She couldnt even tell me if it will be here today after confirming that my clothes would be ready when i asked the day i dropped it off. They should take down their same day service sign.

This dry cleaner charged me $16.95 for not only leaving the old stain on my jacket but also destroying the fabric by ironing it with high temperature.
The owner, who is a Korean lady, thinks all the Chinese are rich, so she refused to refund me when I showed her my dissatisfaction and told me that she only made less than 9 dollars on my business.
I asked her nicely what she would do to make it up even after she refused to reimburse me. She told me she could sew a patch to cover the stain for $10 and I have to buy one and bring it there. That is not a make-up move at all.
I asked you to do a single job, which is to get rid of the stain, if you are professional, you would know whether this kind of stain can be removed, maybe you know, but you want to make money and you want to charge me twice for a single job and also destroy it for me without my permission?
I will definitely never go to that store again.
