My mom, not a very tech savvy person came into this store to ask for her account statements on paper and this employee names Jessica was very rude and belittled my mom. When her attitude was brought to her attention, she proceeded to say she treats all customers like that, even pointed at other people and said “those people don’t think I have an attitude.” She was extremely rude and as my mother was walking out she started laughing at her, acting very smug. This person should not work customer service if she has this ugly attitude. It was disgusting. I will be calling this store tomorrow during working hours and will speak to a manger. Absolutely horrible customer service and my mother has Ben a customer for over a decade.

Horrible customer service. I went in to make changes to my account, I guess the employee helping me was just clicking buttons on the computer for fun because no changes were made. This would be the THIRD time I have to call customer service about the same issue. Go to a different location for help these guys are idiots.

This is just the absolute worse sprint store. I upgraded my phone and was told it would take 2-3 days and I would receive a call. I didn’t receive any call after 3 days. I called 5 days later and they said it still wasn’t there. Then a week later when I do get the phone, the sht is defective! And I have to bring it back but then they said they don’t have any and I’ll have to call customer care and get a new one ordered to my house. Like all of this just for an upgrade? Why is this so difficult? I knew I should have left sprint when I had the chance.

I would not recommend this sprint store. I Made an appointment over the phone with sprint in store to pick up a new phone after receiving a new one in the mail. The customers service was poor and the employees acted as if they didn’t want to help either the issue.

They sell you defective phones and then don't take responsibility for it. This is not a corporate location. Please go somewhere else.

Started at 10am, we got there 15min. later only 2 staff members there to help and already occupied with customers. No chairs to sit, waited for 30 min. Staff did acknowledge us.

Customer service is amazing, all the staff is wonderful but the phone service is horrible in the city. Signal gets lost and internet connectivity is nonexistent.

I placed a pre-order for the samsung note 10 plus paid in full 1,100 cash ,on august 15 ,and it came in on august 21... when i went to the store on august 21 it was a major issue with sprint they didn't have a serial number for my phone .they couldn't match the phones they had received with the correct serial number! Sprint then contacted the district manager and had him address this issue,and after contacting the corporate office several times, as of august 25, i still do not have my phone. So much for their slogan( we value your time and , and you as a customer) REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!
