This store need help the customer service is horrible, they have nasty attitudes and are not knowledgeable and don't care to assist you, they lean on counter while assisting you if I had to deal with these type of customer service people I'll rather not have T Moblie service only time the smile is when there are selling you a dream, I will never go back in that particular t mobile store.

came in the other day to setup wifi for my new apartment. single coverage sucks for employees but Eric. R held it down real well. real helpful, informative, communicative, and funny! whatever y'all are paying him, pay him more.

I wanted to share an extremely positive experience I recently had at a T-Mobile store. As relatively new customers since 2021, our transition from a competitor, AT&T, has been seamless, and the outstanding customer service I received during my visit only solidified our decision to switch providers.During my time at the T-Mobile store, both the manager and sales representative went above and beyond to ensure that I had an exceptional experience. What truly stood out to me was the genuine care and attention they provided. Unlike previous encounters with other service providers, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any immediate decisions. Instead, the staff took the time to listen to my needs and address each of my concerns, guiding me through the available options in a patient and helpful manner.The warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store also contributed to making the experience truly enjoyable. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, which made me feel confident in my choice to choose T-Mobile as our provider. It is rare to find a team that is not only proficient in their job but also genuinely invested in providing exceptional customer service.I am compelled to express my gratitude for the outstanding level of service I received during my visit to the T-Mobile store. Oh My God I got great personal service. I was waited on by a new employee with manager coaching. Both were on top of the game. Manager jumped in if asked to. New employee was perfect. I was getting new home internet for first. I asked many questions they answered every one. Great experience. ?

Ebony, Safire, Ebony, and Jada were all amazing. I picked up phone from other location and was lied to. But this location helped me out and set up my new phone in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend and would definitely come back!

Long time Tmobile customer........So I Went for a simple upgrade for my daughter, and Joi , dark skinned thin young lady ,1st on her phone with a comb sticking out the top of it, was unprofessional and unpleasant , but whatever I'm here now .I tried not to match this energy. Daughter picked phone , Joi Got the phone and got a case then she proceeded to tell us I HAVE to purchase a bundle ? it comes with a Watch and a Charger or the phone couldn't be purchased .NEVER HEARD THIS BEFORE been with Tmobile 21 years !!! When they had theloyalty plan for $49.99 , for those who know ..know !!She tells me that's how her manager told her to sell them or the phone can't be sold separately," its free tho " all I just gotta pay $35 to activate it and $15 a month to service it .Something I don't want or use ??? Unbelievable. Then it's a Charger for another $20 up there as well that is MANDATORY to purchase. Now I'm aggravated and ask my daughter did she want to leave because enough is enough, that's who needs the upgrade anyway. But of course she doesn't. Well after 15 mins of "negotiation" the clerk decided to take the watch and the fees off. I just don't understand why It have to take that much and if that's the way this store is trying to upsell something this its utterly ridiculous .I might would had an open mind if it was "offered " prior to the "MUST HAVE " .My Daughter did get the upgrade ,however, I Will DEFINITELY NOT ever return if I can help it and will let friends and family know about the experience now Im thinking I should have went on 87th as I originally planned. I too am a Manager and customer service is really big to the customer and as a customer. What if I was a mystery shopper .I would definitely have failed this store , based on that alone . Training needs to be given if nothing but that comes from this .

Scam artists as a manager. Went to this location to get an upgrade the manager is the one who took care of us when as we were waiting she tells us that what we now know was a sync up device comes with free and then she threw a small white box in the bag too I asked her what that was she said it was a usbc power adapter I asked oh that comes with it she said yes so not thinking anything of it when we got home we looked at our T-Mobile account and there was a new line added we had no idea what it was for until I looked at the box she said came with it and seen that it was a connected device we called T-Mobile customer service and told them we did not ask for the device and did not agree too add it to the account so they told us that we can just take it back to the store and have it taken off the account and give them the device. Next day we go back to the same store and asked to have it removed and a refund for the usb power adapter that she said was free they then proceeded to say that we have to pay a restocking fee for the connected device even though we did not ask for it nor approved to add it to the account she stated once we walked out the door with it that it don’t matter what was said when we got it that we had to keep it or pay the restocking fee. So we left I called corporate they took care of the device and removed it and took a complaint on this store and there scamming tactics. If you go to this watch what they are saying is free and pay attention to what they are doing.
