Walked into T-mobile on 10/29 and was reluctantly greeted by Wendy. She asked me what i needed and walked off without a word. When came back with what would be a solution, she had the most disgusting attitude. Wendy is definitely the type of person who should not be working in any form of customer service. The condescending attitude because she obviously had a service that i needed was terrible. Needless to say i left and went to a different location. There was no manager, supervisor or person in leadership on duty according to Nate. I highly do not and will not recommend.

this is a memorable first visit. i came in with a unique situation with the newest iphone. mind you, i understand every apple drop is damn near pandemonium. i had mixed directions from apple on how to go about transferring my sim to eSIM. i come into the store with kind employees telling me the wait time to be assisted with my issue. the directions were simple as they were actions i could’ve done myself but was very eager to get my phone in order. l believe her name was lakisha. she continued to help as she assisted others with different requests throughout my stay. her & the rest of the staff were great to handle my issue along with the rest of customers who came in whether agitated or simply needed help with whatever. i appreciate everyone’s kindness at this location. thank you guys.

For this location: Knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure staff. Got us set up and transferred over to t-mobile from three different plans, with ease. If I had family friends looking to switch to t-mobile, I'd send them out of their way to this location.

Was having a series technical issue with my phone which was just purchased 1 week prior. I have the warranty protection from T-Mobile and Apple and the T-Mobile sales lady refused to help look into the issue or trouble shoot. I recommend going to a more competent store if you need any assistance with your product.

I needed to get a new SIM card for my iphone and Nate was so helpful! I went on my lunch break and he was so quick. The store is very clean and the staff are so nice.

Wow.Because of past experiences, I have grown to appreciate corporate stores.This one is at the top. Great environment, everyone polite and collected.Eddie knew his stuff, listened to what I needed and connected the dots.I had called to check if a phone was there, they held it for me and changed everything over quickly.Officially "MY T Store."

As a life long sprint customer, the transition to t-mobile has been horrible. This store in particular was the worst experience I’ve had at a cellular retail store. The associate was rude and unhelpful. I was trying to upgrade my current phone and was accused by the associate of tampering with and removing the water damage indicator when I’ve never even opened the side compartment of my phone. The associate did not assist in offering other solutions and told me nothing could be done with the upgrade. For someone whose been a loyal customer to sprint for the last 25 years this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. This is the WORST customer service I’ve experienced and I would not recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone.

Beware my fellow Chicagoans! These T-Mobile employees are outside of the store preying on customers who are parking at their end of the parking lot.As I walked toward my car, I’ve personally witnessed the two employees in the picture call the towing company to tow cars away of customers who are shopping at the plaza. I saw an older gentleman (who was one of many victims in all of this) asking the T-Mobile employees if they’ve seen his car and they simply said that there was nothing they could do about it and laughed whenever he walked away.I’m a big fan of T-Mobile and have been a long time customer of them for over 10 years. But seeing these employees who are trying to kill time by engaging in this type of behavior is disheartening.All, please be careful out there when parking in this area!

Quite possible the worst buying experience our family has ever had. Hours and hours waiting at the store. Enough misinformation to fill Lake Michigan. A bill so outrageously incorrect we feel we are being robbed. Charged for phones and services we never agreed to. Avoid this place and save yourself hours and hours on the phone with customer service for problems that will ultimately end unresolved.

I would give them a zero, Three Months, no exaggeration, Nov 9th I went in for an upgrade still do not have a phone. Nothing but lies from the extremely incompetent store manager. They have $600 in deposits I cant get back without filling a clam. Sprint corporate said the phones where delivered to the store and the store claimed I picked them up and started charging me for them. The Store on Clyborn is NOT a corporate store so they can do whatever they want including ripping off customers. Do Not Go In This Store. Call sprint and ask where the nearest corporate store is and go there, where you will be protected.

Customer service is like visiting a sprint store in Baghdad. Bad. The responsiveness of staff members is very unaccomodating and even sexist. Wish there was a toll free number to call

Not professional enough , a girl who was taking care of me was nice but I couldn’t even try my watch before my $500 purchase . A guy was attitude because I didn’t like some things and they way he spoke it’s no okay . Neve coming back to this store .

The manager straight up lied to me. He said that Sprint seperated from Boost and now Boost was under TMobile. Now I would be able to get the internet while talking on the phone. Moreover the phone he sold me Stylo 5 and another cheaper one for free, well I can get both free at PCS Mobile. My husband and I are seniors and by the time we were finished I am paying more monthly than with Boost. Oh guess what when I woke up this morning I could not get the internet while talking on the phone. Senior Fraud. These phones are going back TODAY!
