I received one of the most impressive customer experiences ever from Tiara R. She provided me excellent services in the exchange of my older I-Phone for a newer I-Phone. She was detailed, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in saving me money by finding and removing excess charges to reduce my monthly bill. Now, this is customer service and satisfaction at its very best. The customer is No. 1, my needs were met, and I left fully satisfied. She exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this store highly for their welcoming, friendly, competent, and professional atmosphere.

While I appreciate being greeted promptly upon my arrival, I must express my disappointment with the level of information provided by your sales representative.It was disheartening to discover that the representative seemed unaware of the stock availability at your store. This lack of knowledge made it challenging for me to make an informed purchasing decision. Furthermore, I found that the selling points were misconstrued, which created confusion and uncertainty regarding the product features.Additionally, I must mention that the representative's attempt to explain the product in an overly complex manner was not successful. Instead of enhancing my understanding, it only further complicated matters. As a customer, I believe in clear and concise communication, which was lacking in this instance.I feel compelled to mention that my decision to visit your store was solely based on its convenience. However, after this experience, I regrettably do not plan on returning. As a consumer, it is crucial for me to have a satisfactory shopping experience, encompassing both the quality of service and product knowledge.

I been with t moble for over15 years. A month ago I went in to update my phone to the Samsung fold z5 and purchased a Samsung watch and screen protector and case for my new phone.. I was told when purchasing my new items my screen protector had unlimited replacement warranty ( lie )... my screen protector cracked a day ago so I went in to get it changed today and was told by the rude customer service reps. That it's not warranty. I paid 60.00 for this protector cud if got it for 6.99 at amizon. I'm gonna pay this phone off and switch service. I work hard gor my money and will not give it to ride and poor service... would give it -5 stars if it was a option....

Horrible customer service was in the store on Oct 2 2023 downloading and updating a device during this visit I asked several times to add an authorized user so I could never have to wait 4 hours again with someone each time I was told to call 611 well that makes no sense being I’m already in a store with a live person something that would take 5 minutes them doing never got done because 611 told me it was a 45 minute wait to speak with an operator I will never be going back to 53rd and Dorchester TMobile very rude and unprofessional not to mention this is all coming from Ashley the supposed person in charge

I purchased a new phone today because my old one went black/did not turn on. Ashley A & Diamond H both help me today. Ashley A. has very good customer service & very knowledgeable & can answer every question I had. I ask her was she the manager she said no, I said you should be a manager. Diamond H. is new & still learning but she did a great job & has good customer service. She's being trained by Ashley A so she will be just fine. Thanks again to you both for helping me, giving me all my options & having great attitudes.
