I came here at a reasonable time I was told that the wait was 10-15 minutes and I ended up Waiting more then 40 minutes which is ridiculous and so inconvenient for me this place needs more workers or better staff because just no there was literally one person ahead of me and no need for all That time weight to much socializing not enough helping

Well I went to T-MOBILE to get a new Tablet. I have the Sprint Tablet and it's not compatible with T-MOBILE. It was smooth. The agent was very knowledgeable. I was in the store for 20 minutes. GOOD SERVICE.

Went today to upgrade my phone and watch and it was a great experience. Cris helped us out and made everything easy and informative. Great experience definitely recommend.
