Waited for 1 hour and a half to pay a phone bill.. the workers are all taking their sweet time and managers hiding in the back instead of helping and getting customers in and out . This was Saturday Jan 6 my bday. Terrible customer service. Terrible. Don’t come .

Associates did a great job of keeping customers’ requests as organized possible despite a deluge of them (second to last saturday before xmas of course). Didn’t wait longer than 10 min to pick up my order and they were attentive about any additional requests! Always tough when it’s many customers in the store at once so I appreciate their attentiveness and work to keep themselves together.

Employees are idiots. Came in for an eligible upgrade for my phone. Without ever looking at my account information, the two girls “helping me” started trying to sell me a $1k+ phone. I explain why I’m in the store, the employee starts waving her hand in my face telling me she wouldn’t be able to offer me my upgrade without me actually buying a phone. So I left, went to the store at Irving Park and Cicero. They looked up my account information, saw my upgrade eligibility and gave me EXACTLY what I came in and asked for…don’t waste your time with the idiots at this location, go to Six Corners or any of their other branches.

Received great????? service and preliminary information from the manager Mirza when I walked in. Then she set me up with Janet who continued the great service and professionalism and completed the sale. Great team work. I also noticed the same great service being given by other associates. Every person who entered the store was addressed as they walked into T-Mobile, smart......Clean clean store. Plenty of parking and there's a Walmart in the same mall if you need anything else.... HAPPY WITH MY MOTOROLA PHONE TOO!!!!

Received great????? service and preliminary information from the manager Mirza when I walked in. Then she set me up with Janet who continued the great service and professionalism and completed the sale. Great team work. I also noticed the same great service being given by other associates. Every person who entered the store was addressed as they walked into T-Mobile, smart......Clean clean store. Plenty of parking and there's a Walmart in the same mall if you need anything else.... HAPPY WITH MY MOTOROLA PHONE TOO!!!!

I went in to activate my new phone earlier this year and was assisted by Jaime who from the beginning was rude and seemed to be in a hurry helping me. He activated the new phone and asked if my current phone was a trade-in and when I said yes he said he would keep the phone so I wouldn’t have to worry about sending it in the mail. I received the discount on the trade-in for the first couple months and then noticed my bill drastically raise. I then called customer service to ask why my bill was higher and they said it was because my trade in was never received. I called the store back and spoke to Jaime and was told he had to talk to his store manager about the situation and I would receive a call back in a week and when I didn’t get a call back after waiting more than a week I called again and was told the same thing. I then went into the store where I was basically being told I was lying about having left my phone with the associate and the manager was just occasionally peaking from the back office rather than coming out to help me. After about an hour and a half I was told that the manager would investigate and that I would receive a call in 48hrs. Another week went by so I decided to give them a call and was answered rudely with “we just received an email that your trade-in was received and a credit was placed on your account. Anything else I can help you with?” I then called customer service and they still had not received it and I did not get a credit on my account. Customer service then apologized for the inconvenience, told me I would get a credit on the account and that they were embarrassed about the situation but nothing was done about the associates at the store. This is HIGHLY unprofessional that from an official T-Mobile store associates are STEALING from customers when we go in trusting that we will be receiving the best attention from its employees. This is a warning to get receipts and proof of what these employees are doing with your items in the future!

3.4 isn't a good enough rating, I went yesterday, due to my phone acting up, everything work except my incoming calls, the young lady that help is an angel, she took the time to help me she did everything she could and didn't give up until my problem was solved !!! Thank you Jackie H. and T-Mobile, need more employees like her. The rating should be at a 5 star if not higher!!!

Stopped in this T-Mobile store for a replacement screen, when I tell you these two Experts Joanna & Geovanni they doing it & working together, both have beautiful personalities & spirits. I would have no problem coming back ??????
