The reason why I giving 1 star is because my husband went today to get a new I phone in exchange for an old one the person was rude and told him automatically that he wasn't going to be able to get any credit. So we went to a different location at 6108 N. Western ave there they helped my husband get a new one and even got $700 credit for the iPhone.

I am a customer of T-mobile over 15 years, They upgraded my plan to new plan called Go5G with this plan I am supposed to get new phone and Apple watch.After 6 months wanted to upgrade my phone they told me I need to upgrade to new plan. and this is we all the fun begun:1- First store visit: the agent told me not eligible for plan and need to upgrade to 5G+ and start to raise the voice on me. I left the store2- Second store who upgraded me the first time, advised me I need to call the 6113- Called the 611 they infomed me I eligible and they put a note on my account4- Went back to the store agent told me. not eligible and no note on your account5- Called back the 611, they informed me that I am eligible, requested to discuss with the manager. Manager reassured me that they will call me back in one hour6- After 3 hours no one called back7- Wrote a review, them their call center call me and process the upgrade with $800 credit (Happy ending ) absolutely not8- 2 hours later, they called back and said we have a promotion that will provide you $830 but need to do on website and need to cancel the previous oneOnce cancelled they told me that I am not eligible for an upgrade.What a fiasco.....

Saint Louis Ave (Store No: 3SFC) today. My visit was truly remarkable, and I believe credit is due to your outstanding employees, Paul, Eloisa Hernandez, and Peresa Plata.I visited your store today concerning an issue with my recently ordered iPhone 15. I had ordered the phone through your customer service line on my kid's birthday, but unfortunately, there was an oversight, and my trade-in device was not attached to the order. This situation left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.However, the moment I walked into your store, Paul and his dedicated team turned my experience around completely. They not only provided me with ample time and attention but also presented me with a variety of options to address my situation. Absolutely disrespectful! I first came here with my brother to upgrade my phone, there was only 2 customers and 3 staff. They told us they will assist us in a moment and they made us wait for 1 hour an 30 minutes(I’m writing this as I’m still waiting here) and all three staff were crowded at one single person to assist them. Literally, two of the staff were leaning against the table and spacing out doing nothing, absolutely nothing! They didn’t even reassure they would get back to us?! One of the staff was twiddling and fidgeting stuffs on the table. My experience with T-Mobile is absolute horrible!

Sister has T Mobile as service but Apple phone. They advised me that I had to go to Apple store to get phone unlocked. They were very helpful.

They lie about promotions to get you to buy from them, then you get charged the full amount and when you reach out to address the issue they never call you back. Joana the manager was not helpful, neither is Erik U! Avoid this store!
