Support this small business (and forgo big box stores) . . . an auto shop that cares about customers and does great work. My car recently was stalling when driving. Kenny (the owner) went out of his way to help me get my car to the shop. He was transparent, kind, and honest in his communication and service. This will be the only place I bring my car to and I highly recommend SSS Auto to friends and family. Thanks for saving the day, Kenny!

Helped me out big-time! Needed a side mirror replaced, one shop said they couldn’t do it because the model car was too new to get the part, another quoted me $700, even the dealership quoted me $420 just for the part. Finally, SSS quoted me $370, had the mirror in the shop and replaced by the next afternoon. The guy I talked with was chill and professional to boot. Very happy I found this place.

I had a great experience with sss auto last month. I called 15 minutes before they closed for issues with my breaks and abs. I was leaving for a road trip two days later and was desperate to have my car fixed. I got there AS they closed and they got it fixed the next day. They quoted me a very fair price, and explained everything going on with my car in ways I could understand (silly 22 year old girl who knows nothing about cars). Never made me feel dumb, they do honest work and get it done fast! I’m really happy I finally found a good Chicago auto shop.

Highly highly recommend taking your car here if you need a place in the city. I'm so happy I finally found my new go-to mechanic. Long story short, the main issue that was happening with my car was actually due to a recall, and Kenny reached out to the dealership on my behalf to get it figured out. He laid out exactly what I needed to get done, answered all my questions (even after my car was out of his shop), and did NOT take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. Additionally, they fixed my horn quickly and at a reasonable price. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I genuinely had such a great experience that I needed to leave one. Thanks again!

Went through another persons insurance to fix my car from a collision accident. It was a new process for me and SSS auto made it very simple and turn around time was surprising, just a few days! Work looks awesome too. Thank you!!

The service at SSS is friendly, fast, and trustworthy. I recently had a myriad of issues with my vehicle that they went the extra mile to help out with. I’ve been coming here for close to 4 years and still come here even since moving out of the neighborhood.

Great service. I had a rubbing noise coming from the steering of my Ford Escape 2014. They diagnosed and did a rack and pinion reassembly in 2 days.
Also they worked with my third party warranty (Compass Protection Plan) that no one in the Chicago land areas was willing to work with.
If you’re in the neighborhood and need your car fixed, I’d highly recommend them.

Very friendly people, can ask them anything including about preventive measures when something goes wrong or if it's going be an expensive fix. Fast turnaround too because if I have to bring it in the morning I'll have it after work
