They are a scam. I took my car to Standard to see why my abs light was on they had me pay 80 dollars to find out why the light was on and after that I was informed that they didn’t have time to fix’s it and to make an appointment. So now that I took it back they are charging my 80 dollars an hour to fix the problem but my car is sitting outside not getting worked on and the time is still ticking. Do not take your car there.

Don’t do business with them they real scams and they overprice ppl… they won’t let you bring your own parts cuz they kno we can get the parts way cheaper I paid $450 just for my oxygen sensor to get change remind you the part only cost between 50-70 and to have someone to put it on is 75-100 I gave these ppl an extra $200-250 for nothing and also my car still not fix I’m still havin a problem these ppl lie everytime I go up there to confront them. The tall white guy with glasses gon tell me $300 just to get my car a diagnostic because something was draining my battery I went to another car shop Dey gave me a free diagnostic and took care of my problem. Dey overchange just to get your car diagnose and that’s separate from your labor and parts stay away from this shop save your time and money

This place is a game changer. Great service, honest answers on what's wrong the car and makes the car run better than it did before it broke! Highly recommended... Bringing all my cars there in the future. I was that satisfied with the services and fair prices.

Went here for a check engine light they told me a hose was not connected and that they connected it and that that was the problem week later engine light on again I was charged $175 for the 2diagnostic test & repair I have to take it back on Monday to see what's the problem I hope they have the solution

I had an airbag light consistently on in my dashboard.The mechanic at Standard Generator Service took a look, found the problem, explained it to me,then fixed it. My repair was fixed in less time than what was suggested. The cost was fairly reasonable. Thanks S.G S. for being an outstanding repair establishment in my neighborhood. Great people to do business with!

They fixed my 13 Malibu in 2015. I had taken my Traverse LTZ to another shop, didn't fix the harness, but charged $350 for a mass air sensor. Just remembered Standard!
