Just do oil changes & brakes. Their other services are not too good. They high ball the prices & work is not that great. They charge a lot more than other shops in comparison in the same neighborhood!

The morning shop service manager by the name of Tony caused damages to my vehicle that was not present to my vehicle, before leaving it in his care in August of 2020. I signed a receipt/contract for warranty. As a woman I felt taken advantage of and threatened by his demeanor at the time, because he bluntly was trying to place the blame on me and save his shop from being found liable. The issue started when I received a personal call from Tony stating that my vehicle wont be ready in time, due to the wrong hood being ordered. He stated it doesn't look that bad, and asked me to come by to view for myself. When I arrived, I noticed a huge gap space from the hood not properly covering the entire hood area. I also noticed moisture within the inside of the passenger side headlight, which looked odd. I informed Tony that this was unacceptable. The hood was not the right size. He tried to make me feel at ease by flirting with me. This made me uncomfortable, because I simply wanted to resolve the issue with my vehicle. I was informed that it would take a few days, and he would call me once the new hood has arrived. The whole time he kept calling me "Ma". When I received the call to pick up my vehicle, I walked around the entire car to make sure it was serviced correctly. This is when I once again noticed the moisture in my front headlight, on the passenger side. I got in my vehicle and turned on the headlight, it did not come on (the moisture that seeped in the headlight from the humidity inside the shop caused damage). I showed Tony the damages his shop had caused, by turning on my headlights. He immediately tried to place the blame on me. I should have called the police then to file a report. I stayed there for several hours, because Tony was responsible for the damages and I wanted to make sure he resolved the issue. I was unaware that at that point it became a civil matter. I've never been involved in a civil matter, so how would I know that by him blaming me for his mistake equaled out to be civil. He called several places trying to located a used part, and discovered he would have to purchase the part directly from Nissan for $974.00. Given that I just paid 1000.00 in cash for services, he did not want to reimburse me. He then stated he would adjust/increase my receipt by price, in order for me to submit to my attorney. I received the fraudulent receipt from him directly via email, dated for 9/2/2020. He knew that I was involved in a car accident prior, and that I was working with an attorney to find the person liable for hitting me. He claimed that at least I would get my money back in some form of fashion, and to come see him once I received my settlement check. I didn't understand what he meant by that statement, "come see him". Maybe he meant that by him providing a fraudulent receipt, that I should come pay him under the table. At that point I was so disappointed, due to the fact that I was newly unemployed at the time, and was denied unemployment benefits. I literally paid 1000.00 cash to his body shop from the stimulus check I received in 2020. He absolutely took advantage of the situation, knowing my circumstances. On Friday 12/24/2021, I called Tony and asked him if I could bring my vehicle back for exchange in completing a minor job. He informed me to bring the vehicle by Monday morning at 8:30am (Today). I arrived, and after showing Tony my vehicle, in addition to pointing out a mistake that was made to his previous work on the bumper paint job. We came to a verbal agreement that he would do the simple repair. We made this agreement, because he acknowledged his shop cost me $1074.00, plus an additional $190.00dollars (Nissan's installation fee)to replace the headlight his shop cause damaged to. The conversation went left, when he tried to find a way to get some type of payment out of me. He started getting loud and belligerent, threw my keys on my vehicle and told me to leave and take my car somewhere else after I didn't agree to pay him for a service he suggested. He

For some reason my original review I posted 2 years ago was removed.I went there to fix my passat having discharging problems. The mechanic assured me it was a problem with my alternator. So they installed a new alternator and got their money. I was happy that my problem was solved so easily and just hopped into my car. After driving for about 200ft my car stopped in the middle of the road. Thanks to strangers the car was pushed back to the repair shop. The mechanic told me I have a battery problem and replaced it. Having new full battery helped me to get to my home. The next morning my car wouldn't start. I decided to stay away from this place forever and search for mechanics in my area. I found other repair shop which told me there was a grounding issue and my alternator and battery had been good from the start. After going to the other shop I drove my car for a year before selling it.Know your risks before going to this place. Clearly poor quality.Service: Electrical

These guys work around the clock. They’re open until 5 am. They do their best to quickly diagnose the issue with your car and give you a great deal. Unfortunately I had a cracked rim which was causing my tire to have a slow leak. They put a spare on for me in seconds and I was out the door. They are constantly busy but will do their best to get you in and out with the best rate possible. Oh and they’re very thorough too. Glad I found them.

These men saved my butt. My battery broke in Chicago, and after getting it towed at 11am, they had a new battery in there by 12:45am, and it was only $140. Mr. Chaudhry (forgive me if I misspelled) was straightforward, honest, and charged what he said. His technician did great work and my wife and I got home.Thank you Star Auto! You guys are great.

This place has ridiculous service. Charge you $35 just to look at the car without doing anything! They also charge u double the price than the actual market rate. They basically rip u off like that. So lesson to be learned not to come to this place here at all. They will make you empty your pockets for NOTHING AT ALL!
