What is this? There was no evidence of any coffee either visually or taste wise. Flavor wise the drink tasted heavy in dairy with a cheese like mouth feel.

The baristas here don't know what they're doing and the coffee is always half full. Go to publican quality bread or ground up for some real coffee

Ehhh, I'm in a good morning this morning...meaning I am not looking for anything to complain about. However, I did use my mobile ordering to grab a cup of my favorite caramel macchiato. The lobby was nice and quiet, as I was the only person picking up and order. So quiet that the employees conveniently had their backs turns and didn't acknowledge the person entering the door. That's a safety hazard for one. Awareness & alertness is key these days. So no one spoke ok, but then my macchiato this morning was blah. Tastes more like a dark roast and that's not what I wanted so there's $6 gone down the drain. Happy Saturday though!

I love coming to this Starbucks. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. However today there was an barista that was at the counter i can’t remember her name I believe it starts with an “I” I just know she had red hair and she was at the counter she didn’t ask me my name for my order and didn’t smile not one bit. I ordered 1 Sandwhich and it took 20mins to make. I hope someone retrain her or something because her customer service is horrible.

Waited 30 minutes for my coffee to be forgotten. Tried to ask about it and was blown off because they were busy and they assumed I was being a a Karen, when in reality they missed my coffee and then made it wrong.

For the first time in eight years, the Halsted and Monroe location has disappointed me. Well? Everybody is allowed to have an off day. Here is to better days, and cleaner tables.

The calculations in store are in correct. If you order by mobile it's correct. I purchased a refresher that is $4.45 and added strawberries for $.80 and the total should be $5.25. I brought my cup to use and there's a $.10 discount and then used 25 stars. So with the discount the subtotal should be $4.35. Why is my subtotal $4.85?? The total with tax should be about $4.92. So they charged me $5.42. I didn't catch it before. But will not come here unless I use the mobile app. I tried calling the store but no one answered. So I called Starbucks and got my money back. There may be many people that do not look at their receipts but I've lost money too many times.
