Time and time again this location has 10+ people waiting for drinks and mobile orders during non peak hours are taking double the time it says on the app. There are numerous within the area, choose another location.

When I was about to order, a lady cut in front of me to angrily demand a refund because she had been waiting too long. The cashier handled the situation with grace and kindness, and with constant apologies.It was the day the river dyed green, so the area was extremely busy and everyone should expect issues with wait times (as we did).Before I placed my order, I was apologetically told the wait is going to be at least 30 mins for our lattes because of the fact that they were very short handed and the extremely busy foot traffic. We were fine with this so we placed our order, left for a short walk down to the Chicago Board of Trade and came back 30mins later, just in time to have our freshly made lattes handed to us, right on time.I just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful employees working their butts off, running around like mad trying to serve the public their coffees and snacks. Thank you ?

Here is the line - the barista has announced multiple times that the wait is 15 mins for drinks. There’s also a 10 min wait for anything coming out of the oven. This is obviously the worst run Starbucks in the system. And, it’s absolutely beautiful inside - quite a paradox.

More than 30 mins wait for a simple latte mobile order is pretty poor especially when the location isn’t even busy.

The service is too slow. There are enough people at store but they are busy chit chatting and do not tend to customers

I think I am just about done with Chicago Starbucks. This store had a sign on the bathroom door denoting a dilapidated bathroom. In the meantime patrons were coming in and out using it. I politely asked the managers for the door code, and was told it was out of service. It wasn't out of service, this is just the lazy way Starbucks is choosing to deal with the current ills of society (homeless, druggies and excessive immigrants). In the meantime patrons like myself are left in a lurch without facilities? Lame. On top of this, Starbucks stores in this market just started charging for Whip Cream on the drinks. Lame as well. I attempted to use the mobile app to voice my discontent. I then called their customer service which apparently is no longer US manned. they noted my concerns like a robot, and nothing was ever responded too. At the North Ave Starbucks they no longer even have seating. It is a disgrace that Starbucks is unable to step up to the task of properly taking care of their stores. I will never be back to this location. With so many other coffee options why would I?

This store needs further support and review from its owner/corporate on appropriate staffing and station management. The app indicated 30 minute shorter wait times than what was happening real time in the store. The station management meant my food came out 25 minutes before my drinks. I had one beverage for another 15 minutes before I decided to leave the location without one of my drinks. To be clear, this is not a staff issue, they remained calm and were doing the best they could. This is quite literally a management issue, as a glut of warm drink orders delayed the espresso bar, there was no system to indicate to a number of customers whose order was up, and the app and timing issue of food and drinks coming out at different times meant I waited 45 minutes before deciding a $6 Tall soy latte was not worth it.

Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order for a single drink on a not particularly busy Saturday afternoon. (Maybe 10 other people in store.) The three employees were either preoccupied with closing tasks (one hour before closing), or prioritizing walk-in customers.Tons of other locations nearby, chose another.

One of the nicer starbucks in the loop in terms of seating. Great place to work when you get to work early and forget your ID badge.
