The brewed coffee was so great and smells really fantastic. I stopped there yesterday morning before heading to my work. I didn't expect to wait for about 20 minutes but I had my coffee really good. This location was cool and has pleasant vibe.

After many years of walking by, there was no line so I thought I'd stop in. Ordered pastries in the case. It wasn't busy, but I waited over 20 minutes to get my food. Nothing had to be made. I was the only one waiting while I watched them put pastry items in bags for orders (mostly online I assume since I was the only one waiting) and everyone just left me standing there. No one called my name. So I politely attempted to ask about my order and one employee just straight up ignored me when I tried to speak and another one gave me a curt "just a minute ma'am". Okaaay, I don't understand how I'm interrupting when one of you is literally just cleaning and another is organizing bags. Finally someone gave me my order with a miserable look on their face. I glanced in the bag and it looked like the food I ordered, but a lot of it looks similar. They didn't ask my name but I assumed it was because it was the only order from the counter. I get home and not a single pastry was one I ordered. They obviously gave me the wrong bag. I wasn't about to walk 10 blocks back, so I call the number and leave a message for the manager and nobody called me back. I called again two days later and again no one called me back. I can't imagine all the tourists spending hours in line in the middle of winter waiting for this kind of trash service.

If you're going to be closed maybe tell your website/app? I mean even google says this location is open. I can tell you after a very cold walk,where my face almost froze off, that this is not the case.

I went in the evening and an older, african american gentleman at the counter had a very snarky attitude. I had a long day at the airport and just wanted a matcha. His behavior, whether because i forgot to mention cinnamon on my matcha latte or because he thought I wasn’t saying my order quickly enough, was dismissive and disrespectful. I’m sure at his age he’d rather not be working at Starbucks but the least he could do is be pleasant. Adding this to the long list of why I no longer frequent the franchise.

Your no guava of mine chick, I like all things in star bucks. Including the morning joe.Vegetarian options: Just dont add the meat.Kid-friendliness: I'm really not so sure, I've ever encountered a kid issue there at Starbucks.

An absolute angel works here. When me and my friend were studying here, a man came in and started being creepy and bothering us without our consent. He was staring at us from outside the store window, and then came in and stood in between me and my friend and kept trying to get us to talk to him. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and anxious. When this happened, Hannah, a barista, came over and said "hey girls! did you like the drink I made you? wanna come over and help me make another?" and then she led us away from the guy who was bothering us and made sure we were safe by redirecting the man's attention elsewhere. She made us feel really safe in a really scary moment. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Hannah. I will forever remember your kindness to us in a stressful situation. Thank you for supporting two fellow women in need :)

Poor customer service. Tried to get some sugar packets for my coffee couldn't get the cashiers attention got completely ignored. One looked at me n just ignored me when I said excuse me trying to get some help.Finally I got one of the barista attention n he gave me 2 packets. Will not return to this starbucks.

HEARTBROKEN!!! Wicker Park was always a little better because of this Reserve location, but I just learned that the company has axed their Reserve shops and that this location will be reverting back to a normal Starbucks. So disappointed. I always appreciated the Ice & Hot Dark Chocolate Reserve Mochas. What a BUMMER!!!In the coming months the front portion will be remodeled.

I have never had a bad experience and any Starbucks until now. This was my first time at this location. I had kindly asked the older gentleman at the register if I could ask him if he had ever heard of a specific drink. He looked at me with such disgust and asked me where I had heard of this drink. I told him I had seen it on TikTok but I wasn't sure if it was a real thing and that was why I wanted to ask. He then got a huge attitude and responded "We don't go off of TikTok. We don't do that." I was taken back by the tone he used considering a simple "no" would have sufficed. He asked me again about the drink and when I told him, he was annoyed with me and rolled his eyes. I told him never mind I didn't want the drink anymore. I've never had anyone make me feel so stupid for asking a question about a drink. Atleast the building was clean I guess.
