My husband has been with the Michael Janet Agency since he was 16 and I have been with them since we were married, over 25 yrs. They are always helpful and willing to answer any and all of our questions. They do a great job handling our policies and I feel confident with them. Monika is amazing. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Monica and Janette at local State Farm office. Both agents were unhelpful, showed no patience, and were unwilling to assist me with basic questions about my policy. Even more upsetting, I was hung up on twice — which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
I tried to remain calm and respectful during the calls, but instead of helping me, they made the situation more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect — not ignored or dismissed.
I will be reporting this experience to State Farm corporate as well as to the Illinois Department of Insurance. No customer deserves this kind of treatment, and I hope this review helps ensure others are treated better in the future.

Monika and Jeannette are wonderful to work with at this State Farm office. We have multiple policies with this agent's office and they always deliver excellent and informed service. Monika is my point person for all of my business policy needs such as providing COI's and business vehicle coverage/updates. I do not know what I would do without Monika and Jeannette as they are the absolute most helpful employees at Mike Janet's State Farm office.

I’ve been with Michael J Janet’s State Farm office since I first got my license 24 years ago, and for the past few years, Monika Perfetti has been my dedicated agent. She’s fantastic! Always responsive, whether I need coverage for a new car or condo, proof of insurance for a loan or storage unit, or extra coverage for something like renting a car through Turo. She’s quick, thorough, and takes the time to explain anything I don’t fully understand. Monika makes insurance feel easy, which is saying a lot. I highly recommend working with her if you want someone knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to talk to.

As far as I'm concerned, the Michael Janet Agency IS Monika Perfetti and because of Monika, the agency gets my 5 stars. She has assisted me with questions and concerns at every turn.
