So grateful to have found this location and the staff at StorageMart on 1015 N. Halsted are amazing! We have been here now for many years and it's been great. Cory, America, and team are very helpful and we thank them so much! I highly recommend this location for storage needs.

Sometimes in life unexpected things happen. And you can only hope that in those circumstances, that those around you are understanding. I can’t thank America, and her coworker enough for all their help during this tough chapter in my life. To them it may not have been much, but for me it meant the world.. thank you for being understanding, thank you for being helpful. As well as being patient with me. It’s not often now a days to find strangers that actually care, and want to make things easier. But that’s exactly what you did for me America!!! I truly appreciate 😊 😊 Ms. America for her phenomenal customer service at this location. The care in which she handled as well as explained the policy including the options for which would best fit my situation, was and is extremely compassionate. During the initial day of the move I was rushed and she was completely understanding of my said situation and was able to put my concerns at ease. I could not have asked for a better ideal person for that day.
As the next month approached Mr. Cory sent me an email concerning my unit. Once I arrived Mr. Cory walked me through the he correct way to secure 🔐 the unit (as this is a security🕵️♀️🕵🏿♀️ measure for All renters of the facility) 😊🔐 Thank you for your support, help and compassionate staff 🙏🏼🙏🏾

Just moved into a unit but process was super easy. Customer service at this location is really great. Cory, one of the mangers, goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need and is always around to offer a helping hand.

My unit was $30/month for the first few months, then they sent me an update telling me it would go up to $149, and $30 for insurance, to $179, which I’ve already supplied to them that I have my own in two emails. So they tried to raise my storage fees by $119/month, with no rationale and no warning. I’m not even in the state to move my things out of the unit with no notice. This place will rip you off. Be careful. Don’t trust their intro rates to get you in. Total scam! They will do the same to you. 14 days notice!

So let me tell you about Heather H… She is amazing and funny and so relatable. She could literally be the new face of customer service. I love talking to a human being and not a robot. It was my first time booking with Storage Mart and she just made it so easy and listed all the facts for me and she asked me all the right questions. She is absolutely wonderful. Heather, if I ever get to meet you in person, drinks are on me. Cheers!!

I would like to give a big shout out to America at Storage Mart on N. Halsted. She was incredibly thorough, helpful, informative and best of all pleasant to deal with. She answered all my questions and anticipated a few that I did not. My daughter is moving to Chicago and we needed a storage space. I had mistakenly ordered it a week from when I actually needed it and America made it no problem.
