We absolutely love this place. We have used storage mart for our organization for almost 9 years. Manager Donald and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend the SM location at 1015 N Halsted!

Great experience. I recommend getting space here. The team helped me through some web difficulties with a quick phone call. Then when I checked in, Donald and team were friendly and gave me a detailed walkthrough. I had movers help get all my stuff in and it went smoothly with extra space to spare. The location is very convenient. My experience with fellow renters has also been pleasant.

I walked in Storage Mart and was greeted by Donald and Miguel. I have to admit, the VERY best customer service ever received. Friendly, Professional, knowledgeable and SO helpful. On top of all, I secured my unit and was in and out in no time thanks to their help. Donald and Miguel went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my unit. Thank you both for such GREAT service!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

I had a billing issue last month. I contacted the facility manager Donald to assist me with the issue. He was so nice, polite, and got it handled really quick! He corrected the issue, removed the late fee and set me up for auto pay. I will definitely be referring people to him for their storage needs in the future. Thanks again!
