I would give it 5 stars however I was in the hospital and didn't expect to get hit with as many late fees and lockout fees I could understand if this was a continuing problem but this is the first time. Then why am I being billed for October already? I might have to look into another storage facility because this is very highly priced. My advice don't incur any late fees unless you're sure you can pay them. Otherwise I have no complaints. Mami and Violet in office are a real delight.
