My experience with Storage One was highly disappointing. The owner's handling of credit card information raised serious ethical concerns. Despite closing my account, unauthorized charges were repeatedly attempted on my card. I had to involve Bank of America to resolve the issue, and fortunately, they refunded the charges.To stop these unauthorized charges, I had no choice but to cancel my card and obtain a new one. It is evident that the owner lacks a basic understanding of ethical credit card handling. Charging customers without authorization, without providing any explanation or justification, is completely unacceptable.I strongly urge anyone considering working with this individual to exercise caution and be aware of the risks involved. The lack of professionalism, customer respect, and ethical practices demonstrated by this establishment make it one that should be avoided.

Horrible experience .The owner of this company is very shady. do not give him your credit card information.I rented a storage unit from him, After closing my account with him, he’s continually attempted to charge my card 4 months in a row now when I didn’t owe anything. I literally had to shut my card down and get a new one so he would stop charging me.He also runs the laundry room in the building and does a horrible job. Insulting high prices, facilities don’t work, doesn’t fix anything.

This man doesn’t understand how to ethically handle your credit card information. He’ll charge you whenever he wants for whatever amount he wants. We pay $120 a month for a unit and today we woke up to $55 charge on our account, no explanation. He regularly double-charges our card on a monthly basis. Be careful working with this man.
