They provide quality services, but be prepared for possible long waiting before you'll be called to the doctor.

There are days services are decent. And then there are days you get rude and arrogant women. They seem rude. The security officers might be good friends but it's the way they speak to you when someone isn't at their post or no one else is there to fill in. I've been going to strogers for about three months. I'm a little aware of where I'm supposed to go but some of them just don't have the right attitude for the jobs they fulfill. On the prenatal care it tells you what floor. Idk it's a few women security officers that act as if I'm a threat and yes they are rude. I can say I wasn't impressed with one of my doctor's.

Very horrible service at the pharmacy. The people working there aren’t even there to help patients, they’re always being rude or with attitude. They don’t even have a translator for patients that don’t speak English, and They’re more rude to them, or to the elderly. this staff/service is very very horrible. And im sorry but you know what youre getting into when you apply to a job. Specially knowing its a PUBLIC CARE PLACE with different cultures/languages. And if you are so tired of working late in the pharmacy then find a different job. Some are actually helpful but others are just rude and ignorant, making rude and sarcastic comments out loud behind the window

I don't know why there are so many poor reviews. It's a busy, overworked place. It's PUBLIC health. You cannot expect white glove service! Although I have occasionally run into a window person who was a bit too impersonal, most times I have no problems. Even when I've waited too long to pick up my meds and they've been reshelved, the wait time has been minimal. To those complaining about lack of Spanish speakers -- it just goes to show you the IMPORTANCE of LEARNING the language, if you want to live here. I understand the frustration, but you can't come here and expect everyone to cater to your lack of verbal skills. In what other country can you expect to do this?? As a native English speaker, I certainly wouldn't go to Mexico or a South American country and EXPECT to be served in English!
Bring someone with you to interpret if you must. Also, choose a better time of day to visit the pharmacy if you can. I usually go late in the day...they ARE open to 9pm usually. I'm usually in-and-out. I do agree that the phones should be better manned because it IS almost impossible to reach someone. Again...better to try early morning or later in the day.

The waiting service is terrible and especially the cashier is very rude. If you don't speak English, they make their face and sometimes they want to be understood, they start talking loudly and intimidate you, and then when there is no other option, they choose to call the translator. Not all are the same but most are 😢

At the pharmacy they do not have good service, they make you wait up to 3 hours or they do not have the complete medicine, you waste a lot of time or you have to return another day

They have done a great job compared to the old hospital. It is easier to leave your prescription, since they have a large tablet in 2 languages (Spanish and English), the road signs are also written in the same languages, but if you need the prescription, do not expect it to be ready soon, it is better to come to the another day or ask.
My ONLY COMPLAINT is that the PHARMACY is on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the Emergency and not as Google maps specifies. 🤭
Friends, do not expect there to be many staff speaking Spanish, remember that the official language of this country is ENGLISH. 🤭😜

You need to plan an entire day out to call them. Because it will take you an ENTIRE DAY to get someone to pick up the phone. I’ve spent hours calling just for them to pick up the phone and hang up
