This is a dry cut handle businesses setting, know what you want, have a budget in mind, and know you will go out of budget by 20%I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t come here a whole lot, just when I need good quality or high end stuff. I flip and own buildings that I manage. I will continue to shop at the other “hardware” stores and come here when I need something special, my budget always goes over here. Love studio, love what they have, but prices are high and go higher than I expected sometimes. It’s not for everyone, but if you got it like that…then you shop here! ?I wanted to add, they do have affordable things, but the quality of the “affordable” items, your better off getting name brand, better quality at your local stores.

JODIE RICHTER!!!! Thank you so very much. I brought a long time client in today, we were given Jodie. it was as if Jodie was a mind reader. Client had. a shower head in her mind - it was THE very shower head Jodie showed us. This happened the entire hour as Jodie showed us around our options/choices. Intuitive, knowledgeable about her product and construction, with a great sense of our needs and sense of humour .... she made our day!! Plus saved us loads of time.!! THANKYOU!!!

I could not let the day go by without acknowledging and thanking Sophia Sanchez for her patience, professionalism and amazing decorating sense. I have been wanting to remodel my bathroom for years, but was overwhelmed with the vast selection of accessories which, that entails. With Sophia's assistance I was able to bring my luxury spa bathroom to fruition.

I was quoted one price for tile, which is why I purchased it here. When I paid I should have done the math to realize I had been overcharged, but it wasn't until I got home and looked through the paperwork to find the per box price that I realized the price I paid was almost $20 more per box than I had been verbally told, adding up to hundreds more. I was also told I could return unopened boxes, and when I brought a box back they refused. Be very careful if you purchase here.

The cabinet knobs I ordered were not what was delivered. Half was the color I ordered and the other half was an entirely different color. When studio41 was notified they laughed and said, "Not our problem we don't manufacture the knobs, and if you decide to return the Knobs it'll cost you a restocking fee of 30% in addition to shipping to and from.Kiara Wills in customer service is a bully.

We replaced some fixed windows with casement windows.The experience was great from start to finish. The salesman, Petr, is knowledgeable and attentive, answering questions or concerns promptly.The installation crew from RD Windows worked quickly and efficiently. They did a wonderful job and the new windows look great.

Good luck finding anyone to assist you. Unless you are shopping with a contractor or decorator you aren't going to receive service. Arrogant, desk jockeys staring into computers is all you'll find here.

My ex contractor and scammer Bobby Simpson purchased windows for a building I recently purchased. Well he ordered them in the wrong size and because I needed to try to get them replaced, I called Studio 41 and was met with the rudest people. I simply asked the price of the windows so I can compare pricing for other makers. A man and a woman both were extremely rude (like I wasn't a customer) and refused to provide any information and took absolutely no responsibility (I wasn't blaming them, I was really trying to assess how much time and money I wasted on this whole ordeal with this contractor). The one woman quickly said "No refunds" even though I never asked for money back, I just wanted to know about the pricing. They told me to contact my fired contractor, which made no sense. I have also been to the showroom and didn't have the best experience, so all in all I wouldn't recommend.

I previously posted my review to the wrong store. This is the main Studio 41 location and this is where my experience is most relevant. So far I've visited Studio 41 a few times and placed orders for much of our bathroom renovation needs. Although we haven't received our order yet, I wanted to provide an overview of our experience through the shopping, planning, and ordering process.I saw some people's reviews that were misleading or they didn't understand the way Studio 41 works. You have to remember that this place is not a regular retail store. You have to schedule an appt with specific specialist. They have different departments, like fixtures, kitchens, tiles, etc. You have to call ahead and set up time with one of them to work through your project. Sure you can walk in and look around, but it isn't set up to just expect a "normal" retail experience when that's not the model. I will say this is they do have someone at reception and they should provide guidance for those people that walk in blind and with the wrong expectations. I don't know why that wouldn't have happened.For us... we went in with an appt. The first lady we spoke to was very flustered and unhelpful. I think she was expecting us to come in with certain knowledge and it was our first visit and first stop for any of this, and she didn't have the patience to explain or understand that. I don't remember her name, but she soon passed us onwards for an awesome person who has been an amazing help ever since. She did a full bathroom renovation design in working within our needs. She sketched it all out on a design program and that has helped us finalize and make selections for everything else in the bathroom. She went way above and beyond in terms of helping us with design decisions for tiles, bathroom fixtures, etc. even though the cabinet / vanity is her area of expertise. Btw, her name is Beata and she's awesome. I recommend asking for her.Then she introduced us and handed us over to Pawel in the bathroom fixtures area and he was also awesome in terms of helping us pick a tub, tub filler, faucets, sinks, etc. He made sure things matched and that we kept our costs low. He was really knowledgeable and patient with us and went through multiple complete quotes with us to arrive at our final order.The above is probably after 3-4 trips with appts each time and finally having items, colors, and selections finalized. If you do have precise measurements of your bathroom, that's a critical starting point. If you have sample tiles, etc. all of that is critical to bring them with you as they can only help you if you come in prepared.One other thing I'll say is as far as I can tell, this is a decent way to work with some specialists without paying an extra arm and a leg. This is the only place I know of that has the added design and recommendation services without up-charging big-time. Or maybe it's just Beata? I will say that we haven't received any of the items we've ordered yet and they're not due to arrive until later, but my above review is for the sales and ordering process. Hoping it all turns out well and looking fwd to this bathroom renovation being complete. Somehow I have a feeling that Beata and Pawel will take care of it if anything goes wrong. Thanks so far and looking forward to getting this renovation completed.
