Went, to this Subway by my job and it was bad ? first the person who took my order was on her headphones so was hardly listening to me. Then, the Ingredients were anything but, fresh and The meat was covered up you couldn't even see it. Later found out why was old. ? I got a meal she didn't charge me for a meal. I went with my co-worker. She didn't listen when she said she didn't want something on her Sandwich she didn't listen. Anyways cause she was too busy on her headset.. The soda was flat and needed to be,Change the filter must of been old too. So over all horrible experience. It made me sick and my Coworker sick too we'll never go back.I don't recommend this location. Downtown Chicago. 400 N. Orleans St.

When your "fresh" vegetables freeze and you still use them on the line don't expect more than 2 stars for food. The only thing going for Subway is the fresh vegetables. Staff is pretty crabby also but thats the service industry these days. A good mop and sweep would be nice.

Ordered extra cheese on two sandwiches, they proceeded to not add any cheese on either. Also poor quality and missing other ingredients.

Parth is the sweetest person ever who works really hard and does a rockstar job at this location. He is extremely kind and customer service oriented which has made me return when i need to stop by quick for a sandwich on the go. Most importantly, i like to help a wonderful employee and business if they make a positive impression on me and Parths kind hearted demeanor warmed my heart at this business location and i hope he is appreciated for his positive attitude and work ethic since he represents the business well! Be careful if this store says open and you order online. Call ahead and make sure. I ordered online and the sotre said open as well online and when i got there to pickup my food it was closed. Never got refunded…

I haven't had a Subway order so messed up. One sandwich was the completely wrong sandwich. Toppings and buns were wrong on both sandwiches. It was a mess. Last time I ordered wasn't right either. This location does NOT work well with that app. Clean and fresh though.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor wheelchair accessible.

Unsanitary. I stopped in for cookies last week. The Lady who's always in there flicks an onion off the counter then grabs the cookies no tongues or anything. Totally grossed me out. Never coming to this location again

I've ordered from this subway via DoorDash 4 days in a row for lunch. 3 out of 4 times they didn't give me chips. I order a sandwich and chips. And they didn't give me chips 3 times. How is that even possible?

I was very very hungry.Then i went to hv some foods with my friend . Time was around 8.10 pm.when we get inside my friend and I were talking about what to eat.I felt very disrespectful from the subway worker.There was one guy working and he said to me Hey Launda? what is the meaning of launda?.It was very bad experience.Thank you

This location rocks! Everything prepared fresh and delicious and fast! I go to many Subway locations and by far this one is THE best!!!
