Always pretty busy as it is one of the only remaining self service stall car wash left in the city. The equipment is well kept, never had an issue. Stalls have credit card readers, have to push button to extend time. Really wish they would upgrade to just let you press the button when you are done. Some stalls now have tap to pay.

Very disappointed with the service. I paid for the vacuum, but it was broken. There were no administrators around to help — no one was available at all. I never got my money back. I’m definitely not coming here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total lack of care for customers!

Good car wash. A worker stole my wallet and blamed it on a customer. The customer he blamed it on came back and confronted him and he returned my wallet empty. Took $200 cash from me. Called and was told they’d look into it. They now won’t answer or return a call.

Paid 10$ for the most mediocre car wash only to get yelled at by the rude manager about using the vacuums. I’m heavily pregnant and felt incredibly unsafe. Plus the machines are ancient. Go literally anywhere else

Been using this car wash for about 8 years regularly. I will not use it anymore. A rude attendant came out and told me I had to leave because I was not spending any money. I had just finished vacuuming the inside of my car and was dusting it out. He said you have not done anything you need to move your car. (There were about 4 people in total at the carwash) I was not blocking anyone. I asked to speak to the owner and the guy just kept saying I had not spent any money.
I have and over the years Ive spent loads of money at this car wash. But not anymore horrible customer service.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS!
I came here to rinse bird droppings off of my vehicle at the self-serve station, and all worked great. Within 5 minutes of leaving, I had very hard water marks all over my vehicle. The water is very hard and will leave very stubborn water marks quickly. I could not get them off with a sponge and detailing spray. What was suppose to be a quick rinse turned into 2 hours of polishing the car. I would leave negative stars if I could. A car wash is suppose to clean your car, not give you more to clean.
Also, the exit is ridiculously steep. If you have a sports car, good luck leaving without scraping your front bumper.
I usually go to Chicagoland Carwash on Dempster and never have any issues. Will not ever be coming back here again!

There are card readers at the vacuums and wash bays, so you don’t need to bring quarters. Don’t waste your money on the vacuums… there was barely any suction.

Use the automated touchless. Good pricing adequate job of cleanliness. Property maintained well.

Used to be a decent touch less wash, but they clearly adjusted the speed of the wash/dry recently because it’s much faster now and doesn’t clean or dry nearly as well as it used to. The self-service bays are still decent.
