This is my first visit since my washer machine broke. It wasn't very busy when I visited on a Sunday afternoon which was a delight. Everything operates from a laundry card you are issued from a machine located towards the back of the establishment. The machine is simple and user friendly. The vending machines of snacks and drinks are empty but the vending machine with dryer sheets, laundry detergent and bleach is stocked. There was an employee present and the office was open when I visited. Pretty much all the washer machines work and range from prices of $5.00 to $8.00. The dryers however range in price from a cent to .25 cents. Only half the dryers were operatable as the doors wouldn't shut on some of them. I would return out of necessity but might visit another laundry facility if my washer isn't fixed by next week.

I come to this laundromat now, their machines are clean, and the prices are within reason.

I used to LOVE this laundromat! Literally used to rave about how clean and kind the workers are. However today will be my final wash. As I’m putting my detergent into the machine a ROACH falls from the ceiling and almost hits my face. I’m sorry, but NOOO. Again, very kind workers, appears to be clean but I cannot do roaches falling from the damn ceiling, I’m sorry I can’t. I’m almost sad writing this review because of how convenient this laundromat was for me. Gave them 2 stars for customer service.

My washing machine broke down and since I don’t like the one in my neighborhood I found this one .
It’s small but very well kept and quiet. The staff are helpful.The equipment looks fairly new and they use a card system. The bathrooms didn’t work but I never use them anyway but paper towels and hand soap to wash my hands would have been nice.
I met the owner who introduced himself and loaded the amount I spent on a Uber onto my Super Cycle card for me because I was a first time customer.
This will be my go to laundromat until I replace my washing machine lol! 😊

Normally I get in wash and get out. Today was not the case. 6 :43 pm I walk in and I'm told, We're closed. The lights are on, staff is watching TV and the front door is open.
I just left. If you don't want my business, I totally understand.

Amazing employees, wonderful customer service and beautiful facility.I never thought I would say anything like that about any place in Harvey, Illinois.One worker in particular goes out his way to make sure I am ok and that is so appreciative.He has a beautiful spirit especially as he is wheelchair bound.You need more persons like him.I love this place and will continue to support your business.

The service is excellent. I enjoy the customer service because the employees make up for the discrepancies in the business. I had some wait time for washing and drying. I got all my clothes was left and dried. The location is a brisk walk up the street and around the corner for me. For these gestures for customer service that is excellent, a 4.8 rating is great.
