Jackie and her team are amazing!. I have a very timid girl who doesn't take to strangers very well. My husband and I both work downtown and needed a dog walker really badly as my pup wouldn't allow our neighbor to let her out after months of trying. I was able to meet Jackie and both walkers (Colleen & Susie) and they were all so patient with our dog. Based on previous attempts with neighbors, I was expecting my dog to not allow anyone to let her our for the first couple of weeks at minimum. On day 1, they took it slow with her, built her trust and they were off for a walk! I was so surprised and SO relieved. Being able to rely on someone to let her out and give her some exercise has been a life changing thing for my hubs and I. My career, social life and marriage has benefited; not to be dramatic.

We have used various services over the last two decades and none of them compare to Super Dog Walking. They are of course dependable and are great with communication. But what makes them phenomenal, and separates them from the competition -- is that they are a truly dedicated and loving team! Our dog is treated like he is their beloved companion. Also, the best picture ever taken of our dog was taken by one of their walkers! He has never looked so happy!

We have worked with Dana and her team for almost 7 years now. Our dog, Norman, gets regular walks and frequently boards with Dana. We joke that he likes Dana, Heidi and Wade more than us! Not only are they extremely professional, responsive and friendly, but you can tell that they actually enjoy what they do and truly care for the dogs. I'm definitely a nervous dog mom, but I have complete trust and peace of mind when Norman is in their hands. We even get fun pics of Norman on his walks or when he's spending the night at Dana's. If you need a dog walker, daycare or boarding, you won't be disappointed with Super Dog Walking!

Dana and her team are great! I have been using Super Dog walking for walks, daycare, and boarding for 2 years with no issue. My dog is quite shy and reserved but absolutely loves her walker Hayden along with both Dana and Wade, whom oversee daycare and boarding. The prices are the best I was able to find for a 30 minute walk. Also love that daycare never has more than 7-8 dogs, and its at Dana's house so they have access to a yard as well, which both I and my pup prefer over other daycares with 20 dogs running wild in a large open room indoors. Finally, even though I am moving outside of their service area for walks, they are still willing to pick my dog up for daycare still which is great!
