Stylist: Alma is a very good stylist and also friendly. BUT your website is terrible! You can not access it to make an appointment until 9 a.m. on the day you want the service. Also, when booking two appointments only one time slot showed up at the location. Please work on your website to make it user friendly as well as convenient for the stylist and customer!

Hair type: My stylist Evone does a great job of listening to my request for a style. She
evaluates my hair and cuts MY hair. That is very different from 'a haircut'.

Fix the website, I want to be able to choose my stylist, date and time. Like it used to be. This B's About being next in line with what ever stylist is available. I'm trying to use my Supercuts Select and I'm now getting less care!!!!

I have been having my hair cut by Lorie for a while. I continue to return because she is experienced with cut extremely curly hair like mine.
Hair type: I have extremely curly hair. Lorie always cuts it nicely which is difficult to do.

Stylist: I had Edgar cut my hair. He has been my stylist for more than 20 years. He did great as always. However, I was very disappointed to see how much the cost of a simple haircut has gone up. I may be going less to get my haircut or stop going to Supercuts in the future because of the cost.
