Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a 10-minute haircut. Despite arriving 5 minutes early and confirming my online booking at the front desk, four customers were served ahead of me. Either their scheduling system doesn’t work well or appointments receive no priority over walk-ins - making the online booking feature meaningless.
