The Manager is a weirdo and lets people back door the clothes. Something always fishy about this place especially when it’s big releases. These people are a terrible representation of Supreme.

It’s Supreme; you walk in look at what they got, either buy or not buy, and you leave. Super simple layout of the store, if you needed something just let someone know and they’ll check sizes and bring it to you. Overall dope, simple layout. I’ll be taking trips there on the regular.

My first and last visit to this store ..
I bought a T-shirt with my regular size M which I use from brands like adidas , Nike.. but size M for brand Supreme was bigger. So I returned to the store to get it exchanged for size S .. I was told the T-shirt smells of a cologne.. I haven’t used cologne for days.. you could have told me a “no exchange policy” and I could have still accepted it but lying and such lame excuses…. Totally not worth visiting for…

Worst customer service. All the guys in there lazy af and just chill with the bouncer, and if you ask for something they get put off. Weird they think they are famous or something lmao.

I was trying on a shirt when a store associate told me I couldn’t try it on wearing a tank top and insisted I had to buy it because I had already tried it on. He said they were trying to "keep everything clean," which I get, but it would’ve been nice to know that before.
I suggested they put up a sign about the policy, and he said that "normal people" would ask before trying things on (dude what does that even mean). I've been to this store a few times and never knew about this rule. They really need to communicate things better to avoid awkward situations like this.

I called them like 20 times no answer! I live over an hour away wanted to see if they had the skateboard in stock! Didn't want to waste gas & time to drive all the way there just for the item to be SOLDOUT!

For context on drop day of F/W 2024, it was a long wait (which is expected). Inside the store I had some of the best service, the people were kind, communicative, and complimentary! I got the tee and sticker I was looking for, and picked up a deck while I was at it.

was let in by the people at the door and then as soon as i get inside somebody told me i couldn’t wear a mask in the store. there’s a pandemic outside but ok? wild policy, which excludes people who are disabled, immunocompromised, work with babies or elderly, etc.
