I dropped off a coat to be steamed and a pair of white slacks with a stain. I went to pick the items up today (12/15/23) and the coat was fine but my slacks had a hole in them with a patch over the hole on the inside. Not only did someone put a hole in my pants but attempted to hide it with a patch. Why not just call me and say…I’m so sorry but we damaged your pants. Please come in as soon as you can and take a look so we can talk about how we can make this right…Nope! Instead they decided it was best to cover it up and hope for the best…How deceitful and disrespectful…I’ll be there tomorrow to have them pay me for my slacks…omg!

I had a special pick up.. for my daughter half cap at her old military school. I was told 9am pick up… here it is 9:37am and shop is closed. Phones still on nights.. and there is no way to get in contact with anyone at this cleaners..Service: Clothes pressing
