The elderly lady that works in jewelry should not be working there! She is disagreeable, moody and rude.
Also there were only 2 people at checkout and many customers in line. The line did not move and we requested additional cashiers but none came.
I won’t be coming back there

Horrible customer service. I was looking at the jewelry and a worker name Elizabeth with glasses and white hair was working there she is horrible. She kept staring at me like I was going to steal the jewelry and sighed when I asked for a other piece then when I asked for it she told me it would be expensive. Like okay? Why else would I be here if I didn't have money? I notice she was more like this towards colored people and honestly it's sickening.

Karen, one of the sales associate, was very rude to me when I asked her to show me a Valentino belt. First thing she said it’s 500 dollars. I know how much high end brands cost, never asked for the price! Management should teach their employees how to be courteous. They should not judge a book by its cover!
