This is the most ridiculous place these guys swear they know what they are doing but they don't. It took 3x to fix my phone to connect with the phone and they couldn't figure it out of course I ended up getting upset and I guess they couldn't handle it so got kicked out! Instead of understanding my frustration. But it was for the best went to a different location and not only did they treat me with courtesy but they also,hooked my watch to my phone. I guess the previous guys didn't want to take the time ,it took 45 minutes or so, they truly did know what they were doing nevertheless they suck at what they do atT -mobile on Howard.

Great location with friendly staff! We upgraded our phones at this location last week, the team member who attended us, Carlos, was great! He took his time and explained us all of our options and offers, great energy from that guy. When we received our phones we came back to get screen protectors installed and another staff member was there to help us, he also did a great job. I would be proud of my team if I was the manager here!

Visited the store yesterday and purchased two phones. Great outstanding customer service here. Luis was great, answered all our questions and patiently guided us through the process of transferring everything from our old phones. The crew here is very knowledgeable and well informed to answer the barrage of questions I had. They all deserve a raise.

Awful. Bad service at this store, and generally bad experience with their home internet. I had to move and T-mobile doesn’t cover my new apartment, so I had to cancel. I sent the equipment back (including a “free” hotspot that I didn’t want in the first place but was pressured to get). I was charged a net $54 for the (returned, never used) hotspot, apparently for canceling the hotspot promotion early, which I was never informed would be an issue. I found this out when I went to the store where the employee talked down to me and acted like I was stupid. I’m not getting my money back, but I’m also never using this company for anything again. Gross.

I was nervous about stopping in to get lines for the first time but wow! Team member Maritza really put my mind at ease and helped me get everything I needed. Sometimes theres a wait but I never mind to see someone who makes the whole experience a breeze.Thank you for having such a wonderful employee helped get me all my lines plus cases, protectors, even suggeted another phone line to connect at my house to keep the family safe. Thanks for being so knowledgeable and taking care of me.

My experience is these people really did try to help out my in my situation period it was a technical support issue with their home internet service that they've had for about a year or two. About two years. It work today. You know I know that they probably really do their best in these kinds of stores I know it can be frustrating at times. And I got quite a bit frustrated when I was in there on Tuesday. And so you know they work and I'm sure there are some of them that really do work hard and they do their best to explain. But you know hats off to him when it was bad weather.
