did you know if you get a defective ohone they replace with a pre-owned phone. So T Mobile doesn't even know if you wont have the problem again.

Walked in with my wife to try and add a line, buy a brand new iPhone. Four employees working, only one begrudgingly came to help. No greeting or any semblance of customer service. After asking a few questions and getting the response you would expect from a dead fish, we decided to walk out and drive the 2 miles up the road to the other location.

What happened with Costumer Service at this location? I am T- Mobile costumer over 15 years and when I walk in to upgrade 2 phones at this location, they didn't even say hello. I was with my husband and 2 kids and they made rude comments about that no one wants to help us. I waited and finally one of the workers come and didn't still say simple hello he looked at as and after I stated what I am looking for is not the newest model he just walked a way. I was in disbelief. I stood there and when I saw that 3 present employees are not acknowledging us anymore in empty store we just walk a way. Pore service and poor management all together!

Amazing service! I spent a few hours there while my new phone was updating and transferring my data. They were so kind and checked in often. Highly recommend this location!

I brought my phone in to get it activated with T Mobile. Kevin was great!!! He persisted even when he had to call T Mobile service for assistance. He even got told that they could not help and yet he continued until the could activate it and it worked.He was patient and very helpful.Thank you Kevin

Yooooo. I literally downloaded yelp to leave this review. I came in looking for help getting my phone transferred over from Verizon. Kevin C. helped me cause it was a bit of a struggle and this dude stayed late to make sure my line was ported over and everything was working smoothly. Phone stuff stresses me out so much and he made it such a breeze and a dream. Thanks so much, y'all.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service associate her initials are E.R staff ID 649093 at this location. I spent over hour of my time there and unfortunately, ER was very unprofessional. She provided me with incorrect information and did not handle the situation in an appropriate manner. I found her demeanor to be contemptuous and edgy, which did not make for a pleasant experience. In addition, I observed her checking her phone and playing with it while I was waiting, which was unprofessional. My concern escalated when the tech asked her to access my phone's settings and without asking for my permission, she took my phone and began going through it herself. This was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. Overall, I came to this location to resolve an issue, but instead, I experienced a frustrating and unprofessional encounter with ER.
