I've found that service at most cell phone stores to be helpful but indifferent at best. Not so at the Lincoln Square store. I came in with a seemingly unsolvable problem (a cracked screen made the display black but which contained info required to set up a new device). It was an issue none of the many store associates had experienced before. Will, the person who worked with me, was smart and relentless, offering solution after solution until we found one that worked. I was there for over an hour but I didn't mind because Will was committed to figuring out a fix. AND he noticed there was a better data plan available that was cheaper than my current one. So thank you, McGuyver Will and team, for solving my problem with intelligence, kindness and humor, and for saving me a few bucks a month!

My experience at T-Mobile has been extremely challenging, costly financially, and overall disappointing.The sales people flat out lied about the cost of the service, and the actual data and texting doesn’t work. On several occasions, important text messages were never received and in many situations web pages won’t load. When I travel out of state, I often get No Service and I can’t be reached or make calls/texts.The cost for a phone and plan is more than any other carrier when you factor all the hidden costs.Overall terrible service, they lied about promotions, it cost too much and the phones are defective.

They are not trying to keep you as a client..I have 6 lines and the guy was,"yeah what ever try in Verizon maybe they have better option!"

Not the best experience. Waited over an hour to switch from Verizon all for me to be ignored majority of the time. They did not even check in with me until I asked how much longer cause I wanted to switch companies. I didn’t feel comfortable working with the guy there cause he seemed to be in a rush and wanted me to “run an application” without telling me about plans or prices. The worst type of salesman to deal with are people like him. I’ll never return. I think he may have been a manager cause he was telling other customers he was the “one in charge”. Terrible experience.

Not sure what has happened to this store in the past few months but the service is horrendous! I would give 0 stars if I could. This used to be my go to store over the years for all me and my family’s needs but it is horrible now!

I had the best experience with the sales representative Jose Salvatierra, he successfully helped me with a new line and helped me transition from my previous provider AT&T!

Horrible service. We were skipped twice. The representative was inpatient and was in hurry to leave because it was the end of the day and his coworker was leaving at 5. We left with bitter taste. We were looking to switch from another provider, add a line and buy 3 new phones….we didn’t do any of it….

I need help with a new phone or fixing my present one. Spent 20 minutes in the store and the single clerk tended to 2 or 3 customers...stayed busy but I looked at some phones, they had sparse information posted and never spoke to the clerk.

I came to this location on a Wednesday evening and all I wanted to do is get my screen protector replaced. I thought the employee that was going to attend me was going to be kind and helpful. But as soon as their was a problem, he panicked and didn't know what to do. I tried to work with him and ask a few questions, but I received pure attitude for doing so. Then, his excuse was, "Sorry, I had one of those days and I'm closing." Although I completely understand, he then he asks help from a co-worker and says,"Can you help me, I want to this guy to leave already." I genuinely feel disrespected and upset with my experience that I had at this T-Mobile. I never thought I'd say this, but I'll never be coming back to this location.

I waited the in the store 10 minutes with no sales reps in sight. So then I called the number for the store I was in, asking if they had someone to come help me, they said they would check. Waited 5 more minutes, called AGAIN. No answer. So, is this store just empty in the middle of the day? What complete trash.
