Called on the phone, maybe had two or three questions, and was immediately shut down by the representative who answered.The job description for a Mobile Associate reads, “Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.”Literally was not helped at all over the phone, and I found my resolution at another store.

Never go here.They hate people who are different, disabled, lgbt...They LAUGH at their customers, then when you complain, corporate takes THEIR side... not having even contacting me for my side of the story.BOYCOTT Tmobile. ?

Very terrible service, today my husband went to reactivate his service and the service was the worst, none of the people who work there know about customer service and the treatment is the worst, including the manager of that store. I don't recommend that place to anyone.

Not impressed with the customer service level. Since this is the only T Mobile in the area, there was a line. More staff would be appreciated. Waiting almost 30 min, however, to be seen for only 2 or 3 and pretty much let me know that there is nothing they can do, was EPIC!! Thank you. No i did not cause the pixel issue on my phone. Caused by pressure? What pressure. All questions the lady didn't seem to care to take the time to answer.Way to treat a customer that has been there for 12 years.Gonna pay my bill and change company!

I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to after my experience working with Sasha. I had so many issues with my home internet, and was beyond frustrated and irritated. Sasha was able to not only help me once but twice, after I ran into more issues. She is kind, patient, and caring. I can't thank her enough for helping me.

Omar was awesome! We went in to see what was wrong with phone but he showed us what was issue with phone and we were able to adjust. Thank you for taking extra care of my best friend and you were so patient. Appreciate your customer service!

Horrible customer service I went there because I had to replace my stolen phone and one of the employees seem as if he didn’t kno the proper steps to assist me so he will help me do one step and walk away instead of continuing to assist me to till the problem was resolved causing me to have to chase him around the store it was a group of employees just chatting at a table where he kept returning to then they ask for my ID which had a hole in it meaning I had a change of address but the ID wasn’t expired and declined my service causing me to take a bus back home and doing it over the phone when I spoke w the customer service representative she said they could’ve excepted it as long as it wasn’t expired so basically giving me a hard time for no reason never again
