Lizbeth R has poor customer service skills.I walk into the store and waited until a representative becomes free.Lizbeth R. Was actually not doing anything behind the counter nor was with a customer at that moment. Another customer walks in after me and she immediately assists them. Makes no sense at all. Terrible

Excuse the long review but I came here to purchase a new phone to add to my current line with TMobile yesterday. The rep that helped, offered me the 3rd line free promotion deal which I declined as to her not explaining everything well enough to my understanding. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean I want it without knowing the pros/cons behind it ! She said ok with me declining the offer but still added the promotion to my line without my consent & charged me the $35 fee (which I didn’t notice until I left because she didn’t show it in my total break down we went over but it showed on my receipt). We discussed my monthly bill which was sort of an issue but finally came to an agreement. The monthly price discussed wasn’t what was shown in my account, it was set at a higher price so I was confused on if I was being charged for the 3rd line. Also the 3rd line showed as an UNKNOWN device in my account but showed as an IPad Pro on TMobile’s end which caused me more confusion. I found this information out through customer service when I called after leaving the store due to them closing but today I went back to visit the store, the same rep & her colleague told me it’s impossible to have a iPad on the same line with phones due to them having different SIMS. Didn't make sense at all & was impossible if that’s what customer service says was displayed under my account. I had the 3rd line removed through customer service & filed a claim as they explained what the rep did was against the company’s policy to authorize a declined promotion/charge to a customer without their consent. So they violated my rights as a customer, the company’s policy & stole a extra $35 from me. Also when I returned to the store today, I tried to return the purchase item (IPhone 15plus) due to these reasons & to shop elsewhere but they were so ashamed & finally chose to explain everything that should’ve been explained before. When I asked the rep why she didn’t explain what she was saying to me today to me yesterday when she first offered the promotion, she replied, “Because you’re not being charged for the 3rd line so it’s really nothing to explain”. Ok now your upset, giving horrible customer service, foul play, theft, violation of the company’s policy & of my human rights so now I need to speak to the higher end. I left the 3rd line removed as I was left with only 2 lines (what I asked for in the first place) & no refund of the $35 that was charged for the 3rd line promotion deal. I like for the company’s owner/boss to contact me as this was a horrible experience & I was treated unfairly. I been with TMobile almost 3Yrs now, that’s no way to treat a reliable customer nor any customer at all. I will never ever shop in this store again , very uncomfortable feeling.

I went to do an upgrade on my phone and the employee Denise was very helpful and she helped me program my phone and I even got an Apple Watch with a promotion. I was very happy. This store has a very happy environment all employees were very happy and nice to us.

Had such a welcoming feel when i came in very friendly staff! Xiomara was such a great help! Im not very tech savvy but she made me understand in the easiest way possible! 10/10 experience!

I went to 2 stores and they were very rude so I decide to go to this store and the employees were very nice especially Denise she helped us a lot I recommend this store. Left very happy with their customer service.

Best Team Mobile near me!! I went a week ago to get a new iphone and an employee named Denise helped me out with everything and answered all my questions I had!☺️ Let’s just say I’m pleased with the customer service!

I am so disappointed, I went this weekend and honestly the lady’s that were working there had no knowledge of what they were doing. I asked if I had insurance since my phone cracked and I purchased it 2 years ago and said I had to call and find that out myself and couldn’t do anything for me. I just think they need new experienced employees with a little more knowledge of their work since they couldn’t answer any of my questions.
